Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I was standing at the counter for probably 10 minutes for anybody even acknowledged me while they were all just standing on their phone in the back in sight. This has been a reoccurring issue every time I have come. I have never had issues with getting the incorrect food, but they do have a very long wait time.

Overall they just need better training and better social skills. As someone who works in customer service I would never treat paying customers this way and it’s a little disheartening to see how they treat everyone.

This is the third time now they have forgotten something in my mobile delivery order and made me come pick it up at the store (making paying the delivery fee obsolete). I wouldn’t be upset if it was one time but this is a reoccurring thing at this location. To top it off when I get there they all act confused, rude and don’t offer any sort of apology. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or if it’s intentional. Highly advise looking elsewhere for food. I manage a bunch of employees, and if this was my store, this would not fly.

An enchanting stop on your busy day, the staff were friendly and interactive, the building itself had a lovely atmosphere and I appreciated the selection of their menu.

A good place to make a quick chicken Wing Stop

I got 2 orders of the wings off the hottest portion of the menue… it wasn’t hot at all lol literally couldn’t sense heat. I added cayenne to my wings, which is sad, because cayenne is considered medium heat. 3 stars because I got what I ordered, just weak as hell.

Ordered the protein pack, original hot bone in wings. Terrible, rubbery chicken, not crispy. They specialize in wings, you would not know it! Will not return. Would give 0 stars if it would allow.

Wingstop — I wanted to enjoy this visit, but there were too many things off.

First, the staff needs better training, and that falls squarely on management. These are young workers — likely their first job — and it really showed. They seemed rushed, unprepared, and unsure of how to handle the flow. That’s not their fault. That’s leadership’s job.

The music was way too loud, which made it hard to even place an order. Meanwhile, the woman at the front counter was so soft-spoken we could barely hear her — it felt like we needed a microphone just to communicate.

And the food? Rushed and sloppy. Like they were working in hyper-speed with no time to get it right. Again — poor management. A business is only as strong as the systems in place to support the team.

I love Wingstop, but this location needs serious attention from upper management to deliver the experience people expect.

While they’re still finding their footing, I want to give them some grace as they work through the early challenges. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, which is a great start. Food was delivered in a timely manner when ordering for take out and was very delicious!

Some days may be crazy, some may not so it really depends on the timing. All in all, this is another good chain to have in our town to increase variety within the public.

Struggle was real today at McMinnville WingStop. Ordered my food and the app said it would take an hour, so I took my time getting there. Arrived and went inside where I was greeted with an absolutely overwhelmed and under trained staff.

As a world-wide brand with over TWO THOUSAND locations, I was appalled at how these new staff are thrown to the wolves. It was VERY apparent that WingStop chose to open doors a tad early, sacrificed training their employees to an acceptable point of proficiency, in an effort to start taking money from customers.

For the record, I DO NOT blame the staff. They were working their butts off and it showed. What I saw, as I took it all in, was chaos, no leadership, zero direction and again, chaos. Efficiency can’t thrive in that atmosphere. Not possible.

I ordered $36+ in food and when I arrived after my time, I waited while they searched for my order and couldn’t find it. Finally, I was told it would be an additional two hours! For reference, I could have driven to Tualatin, ordered my food, driven back to McMinnville and eaten my wings in their parking lot in that amount of time. I also discovered that my order ticket was never printed and wasn’t going to be worked on unless I asked about it, thus why they couldn’t find it..

I politely asked for a refund and the employee thanked me for not yelling at her?! This is the impact of a greedy corporation or franchisee that opened too early and was nowhere in site when their staff are being accosted by angry customers. If you want to open early, YOU be the one to face the upset customers and answer questions.

The employee told me that I would receive my refund later, because of course, they hadn’t been trained on issuing refunds yet.

I do think things will smooth out BUT if today was any indication of how they plan to run this business, I’ll hit BWW instead.

I went here the first week of opening. that experience was as expected but still lackluster, two months later I’d say that there’s been an improvement. food was surprisingly exceptional, service was in all fairness basic but still good nonetheless. Atmosphere was quite nice, but one minor note I’d like to add. they forgot my ranches, i wouldn’t speak on it if it was the smaller ones but I ordered the larger one.

I made the mistake to get a chicken sandwich here to go. When I got home I was like WTH. Horrible food. Never going back.
