I ordered a #6 the royal crispy chicken sandwich meal and a 4pc cheesy tot but it was raw and pink (the chicken sandwich) and when I bite into it, it was extra juicy and slimy it barely pulled apart that’s how I knew something was up the manager was cool about it she even admitted that it wasn’t done to her liking when I brought it back and she said that you can tell it wasn’t done she gave me a refund and apologized. It’s a bunch of kids in there and they don’t care let’s be honest they always have an attitude. All she did was say hey yall lets make sure the sandwiches are done when we dropping them. The guy taking orders in drive thru had jokes at 10am. I appreciated that . He was friendly and my order was accurate compared to most other Burger Kings anymore. I’ve never had a Whopper for breakfast but if they’re all that good, I want one every day.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes just to have to pull around to receive my food, and had to wait a extra 10 mins. When I received the food it was very skeet on the sauce and like only had 3 pieces of diced onions (I ordered a classic melt) also only one side of the bread was toasted, they ain’t even toast the other bun.

My experiences at this location have been positive during breakfast hours; however, by lunch and dinner, service quality often declines. Wait times are frequently long, and order accuracy can be inconsistent. As the day progresses, staffing issues seem to arise more frequently. There have been instances where I placed an online order, arrived at the restaurant, and, after waiting, was informed that the location was closed due to insufficient staff. It would be helpful if a sign could be posted in these instances to keep customers informed.
I understand that staffing challenges are complex, and I hope management will find dedicated team members who enjoy customer service and are committed to creating a positive dining experience. With some adjustments, this location could fully meet its potential and offer consistently great service throughout the day. Until then I’ll be finding other restaurants to dine with.

The food was ok. The service was not too bad. The girl at the drive thru seemed frustrated but wasn’t rude with me. I ordered chicken fries along with burgers and regular fries. When I received my order, the chicken fries weren’t in the bag. I alerted the cashier and waited for them. When she handed me the bag, I drove off without noticing she handed me a cheeseburger instead. Take two. I went back to the same location today, 03/08/2022, and waited about 7 minutes before my order was taken. The in front of me at the speaker and the car at the other speaker were waiting. It took about 5 minutes for them to ask their orders well, actually 5 minutes from the time I drove up; I don’t know how long they actually sat there. It took 16 more minutes from the time I paid and the time I received my order. After paying, I was asked to pull forward, which was annoying, but I obliged. When a worker finally approached my car, she had the wrong order. When a second worker approached my car, she seemingly had the correct order. I checked the food only to discover that instead of 2 large fries and an order of onion rings, along with 2 burgers, I was given 3 orders of fries!!!! Under no circumstance did I go inside to correct the mistake! Screw the onion rings, I wanted to go home! Needless to say, after constantly having my irder screwed up, I won’t be returning.

Worst ever. Late night. Used drive through. Only one person in line. Employee came out to talk to people in front of us. We waited and waited and waited to get to window. We finally were able to pay. THEN WE WERE TOLD TO BACK UP TO THE AREA JUST AFTER WHERE YOU ORDER AND WAIT TO BE MOTIONED FORWARD. We have NEVER been told to get away from the window after paying. Horrible, horrible treatment. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a dead hamster!

I went to this location today to get my wife a Whopper Jr for lunch. She’s in the hospital and tired of their food and wanted one of her favorite burgers. I rolled up to the drive-thru expecting my typical fast food experience – bad sound, bad attitude, bad quality. However, this was not typical. Tiffany politely welcomed me to her location (and I could under everything she said) and asked me me how my day was going. She asked my name for the order then asked how she could help me. I was taken aback. Her demeanor was delightful. I didn’t expect it. It just isn’t the normal fast food interaction outside of a Chick FIL-A. I pulled up to pay, and she was equally delightful when face-to-face. I thanked her for the wonderful greeting and conversation. The young lady at the next window was also very friendly. She even made sure I had all the condiments I requested. Wow. That’s a new one for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was awesome, too. To finish off the visit, I checked my order, and it was exactly what I ordered – and it was hot AND fresh! Kudos to you, Tiffany and crew. Keep up the great work. I’ll be back!
