I’ve placed online orders for pickup at this Panda Express two weekends in a row, and both times items were missing. The first order was missing one entree, and the most recent order was missing two entrees. This consistent issue is frustrating and it makes me think somebody there is doing it on purpose. I won’t be ordering from this location again. I wish a 0 star option was available.

For quick and cheap Americanized Chinese food, I recommend this place. (For clarity, I have found Panda Expresses have wild swings in quality depending on a few factors. So this is a review of my experience at this specific location.)
FOOD: Surprisingly good. The teriyaki chicken has been a favorite of mine, but this is the first time I had a proper sear on the chicken. The orange chicken was its typical acceptable guilty pleasure. The chow mein had a better texture than usual, likely due to the cook getting the wok temp up to appropriate heat. It takes gumption and confidence to risk the burn for a proper sear.
SERVICE: The service was surprisingly good. Cordial, polite, helpful, and not chock full of platitudes or useless filler conversation. He simply took my order, got it right, and handed me my food. He got the portion a touch big, but I don’t mind…
ATMOSPHERE: To the fault of corporate, the music was horrible. I give them credit for turning it down some, but then all the conversations surround you. I recognize that you don’t go to a Panda Express for the atmosphere, but Corporate, spend a little more to avoid pop music from Wish, please. The tables were clean, the chairs pushed in, and the trashes were empty. (I ate here at 4:45 for reference, so not peak time.)
CONCLUSION: For a Panda Express, it is operated above average and my experience was enjoyable, as a quick meal between Home Depot and some house chores.

Used to work at different Panda Express years ago and to this day I still can’t help ordering food from time to time because the food is always consistent and fresh! (Even though I might be a bit biased). This location doesn’t have a drive thru, which in my opinion makes it all the better because there is no need to push out food due to a long drive thru line. Anyways, def love coming to this location and love me some Orange Chicken!

I placed an order on line that was $60. For fast food, I consider that a pretty big order… online said it would be ready at 7:05. Husband got there at 7:00 they had 5/6 meals done and were waiting on one. They said 2-3 minutes. 7:17 the ONE meal is not ready all the rest have been sitting on the counter for almost 20 minutes and they still couldn’t give a time line. I had to call and talk to manager Jacob who was much nicer than the kid who picked up the phone and laughed at me. But still nothing was done. The broccoli beef had 1 piece of beef all the rest was mushy cold broccoli which I included a photo of. $60 for cold mushy food, and pretty pathetic customer service. I most definitely won’t be ordering here ever again.

Among two of us, we had chow mein and three different entrees, as well as a side of the Rangoons. Literally everything was stale, undercooked, or otherwise blah. I’ve had lots of panda and don’t get it often anymore after moving abroad and it’s a shame what’s happened to it. Both of us feel sick this evening now after having eaten it.

Arrived at the location at 4:22 pm, on October 29 2022.
ordered the standard plate: chow mein, double orange chicken. After innitially ignoring me for 3 minutes, the server started by greeting me with a toxic attitude and told me it would be a second before he would get to me. The server, Robert R, then had me repeat my order multiple times and questioned every item I ordered multiple times as well. Robert R made facial expressions as if what was being ordered was invalid. During the transaction, at the register he did not ask if I’d like an appetizer or a drink. I asked for a drink and he scoffed, telling me to cancel the payment and he would later add the drink. As I sat and ate the food, I listened as multiple (10-20) customers all received the same monotone voice and attitude. Absolutely disrespectful atmosphere, I was not a single smile from any employee, not welcomed into the restaurant, and not talked to with professional manners.
Would not recommend this location, worth driving a few extra miles to get to the village area Panda Express.

Went in like normal to get out weekly panda the shorter Hispanic lady , started to help me and then just walked away not saying anything. When I finally got my food she handed me my bag without the sauce for my terriyaki chicken I asked her for the sauces and the other ones I needed ….her response was YOU need to ask for sauce everytime!! I responded with No your supposed to ask the customer! Especially when they order the terriyaki chicken due to it doesn’t have it one there!!! Absolutely rude!!!! This was on 11-17-2025 at 4:02pm!!! I won’t go back if she is there period!!

I don’t know what is more odd about this store today, the crew or the number of empty food options at 2pm. Service is normally good here but this crew definitely made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by waiting to place an order or even just asking for napkins and then watching the team member walk away without acknowledgment of when we’d get the napkins. Unfortunate service level today at a store that’s normally offering a higher standard.
We were told our wait was 5 min for more orange chicken and longer for green bean chicken but it’s now been 12 min with no mention of when our orders will be ready. Unfortunate when we’re the only ones in the store.

I had Panda Express on Progress St. in Meridian cater a lunch for our company, and it was a great experience. The food was ready at the time I requested, and it was hot and delicious! They provided utensils, chopsticks, chili sauce, soy sauce and also asked if I needed paper plates.
