I came here yesterday approximately 12:40:59 pm March 4th 2026 and ordered a mini m&m blast it was fine when I ate it at first but a few hours passed and I’ve gotten a terrible headache and was feeling really ill and all of a sudden I want to throw up when I did you wouldn’t believe what happened it was white like I had ice cream so apparently I got food poisoning from here I have not had anything to eat after that or even before I ordered I’m really disappointed that I got sick from just a lil ice cream. I will never come back here again.

Putifully slow service! S./ign says “Service at the Speed of Sound” but it is completely false advertising! This is not the first time we have experienced sloooow service at this location. So glad we dont have a need to frequent this location.

I came to sonic for a delicious breakfast meal and my food took way too long to come out as to. They’re not busy maybe one car in five minutes through the drive-through and nobody at the terminals. They forgot my drink on top of it and when I requested to get my drink, they took up to 10 minutes to bring me my drink, and my straw was thrown at me on top of that. I am not happy with this sonic at all The customer service here is so rude and ridiculous. I’ve never seen a store more disrespectful in my life. And when I asked the guy for his name because he had no name tag on, he said it’s none of my business.

Everyone we had interactions with were so kind and had amazing attitudes. It put a smile on our faces. The food came out extremely fast and tasted absolutely incredible. Amazing service. I havent seen service like this in a very long time. Props to the crew working on August 3rd at 8:40 pm

We try to use the app as much as possible. I don’t believe the local Sonic is responsible for the app. We tried the app a couple of times recently and the app has been out-of-order.

Alright, my grandma lives right by this sonic and I like to swing by when I am in town to get some snacks and food for my drive back home. a
I went to this location last time and maaan, what a frustrating experience. I didn’t even eat because I attempted to order for about 10 minutes. They put a poor kid on the speaker to take orders who didn’t even know how. I tried to order a supersonic breakfast burrito a ridiculous number of times. I had to tell him it was a super sonic burrito because he kept inputting a sausage burrito. I don’t work there and never have and I am telling this kid he is inputting the order wrong. Eventually he gives up and the manager gets on. I go to tell her my order and she gets frustrated with me after I told her she put it in incorrectly!
I left and went to Subway.

I just went and ordered, they forgot to bring an item so had to have them do that. Then get all the way home only to discover onions on a burger ordered without due to severe onion allergy. So much for my dinner, and when tried to call the phones are off the hook. This sonic has become a crapshoot on if they are going to be good or if they are going to be horrible. Roll your dice and may the odds be with you.

I don’t usually give bad reviews… waiting here over 40 mins for an order when we were the only ones here. Then I don’t know how many people showed up after us and everyone got their food before us. There’s only 4 items. Got checked in twice for this order. Unacceptable.
