This is one of my favorite places to eat, but they have messed up on my order here lately. Either no cheese or short a order of fries. I pay for these things and expect to get them. I never go back to complain. Im just saying do better please. I don’t want to stop doing business with you.

Ordered 2 Original Bags. Was giving the correct burgers but charged for Big Bag which are several dollars more. Nothing except fries were fresh. Burgers all cold, stale hard bread. Thrown together broken slices of cheese mostly off the burgers. Refused to honor a military discount they have always given until today. Kids in back making the burgers wanted to run his mouth about a customer asking for a new fresh burger. Can’t eat hard bread and cold patties. Shame service and food has always been good at this location. Will never return. Have a lot of low skilled workers on staff who need to be unemployed. Lady taking our order seemed new and did ok just took a long time since she was no doubt poorly trained. Management failed their staff

Everything was correct and did not take very long to get and was freshly made. Only thing I really had a problem with was hearing the men on duty loudly (at the front counter) bashing another employee while they were not there. I say men cuz there was one female on duty.

Food was fantastic, fries were hot and fresh. Very clean, and the cashier was so nice. She was able to get me Mello Yellow since the public fountain machine didn’t have it and one of them was broke.

The food at this place is generally very good for the type of food that they serve and the prices are okay although I do tend to like to use the drive-thru because the inside although it is clean typically is just not that cozy so I’d like to drive through for quick good food when I choose them as an option for their burgers and extra items

Either the drive thru speaker was broken, or the girl wearing the headset doesnt know how to project her voice clearly enough for customers to understand her. Our order was 2 double omelette loaded biscuit combos, and an order of biscuits and gravy. The wait in line seemed quite long for a breakfast order, especially when there was only one vehicle ahead of us. We arrived at the window to pay, $19.86. The girl read back our order of the 2 combos and then asked if there was supposed to be anything else. I told her we ordered a biscuit and gravy but not tonworry about it. We didnt have time to wait any longer. Both of our biscuit sandwiches were just slopped together. Horrible presentation.
In summary, slow service, bad communication between employee to customer, extremely expensive for the quality of food.
