I had a pick up order for a value duet meal. Comes with half of a turkey and cheddar and a cup of chicken and wild rice soup. I love that soup! However, I got home, opened up the bag, and it’s chicken noodle freakin’ soup! NOPE! You had one job!! Called the store and the manager is “out”. Ha!

Bernise had the most wonderful customer service skills and was such a breath of fresh air to talk to! The cafe is welcoming and the interior was clean, and we liked the variety of seating available. Our food at this location was the best Panera we’ve had so far, made with care and tasted fresh even late into the night. I could not recommend this Panera on 38th Ave. enough!

You gotta love Panera! So good! We went here for some dinner. It was great. There was no one inside except 1 person and 1 family. We all got the “You Pick 2” combos, when I got the grilled cheese with Mac n’ cheese with a French baguette. It was great! Don’t skip out on their baguettes too!
The place also seems clean and there is a parking lot available out back with street parking out front.
So, to sum it up, great Panera. Will be back whenever I’m nearby!
P.S: Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program to save a few bucks after a few visits!

Went up to the drive thru and the woman told me to come to the window to order because she couldn’t hear me. Apparently the speaker was broken. I needed to look at the menu and was not yet ready to order. She screamed out of her window at me non stop to order at the window. I waved to let her know I heard her but she just kept screaming at me. This woman literally did not take a breath. I felt totally harassed and tried honking to get her to stop. She kept screaming!
May I suggest just letting the customer know to come to the window when they are ready instead of ordering them to order right this second. Wow.

9$ for one piece of carrot is crazy not even one pieces of noodles or chicken!!!! ordered chicken noodle soup and look what i got!!!! they didn’t even tell me they out of ingredients in the soup!!!! never back again! don’t recommend, just waisting money service was also bad too!!!

I have a unlimited sip membership and always come here in the morning on the way to work. I must say so far they have taken care of me. The workers always offer me a drink cup before I have the chance to ask. Very efficient.

My daughter could not even bring herself to eat the meal we paid $13 for. The food came out with the chicken in a clump, with some pieces looking uncooked. The chicken sandwich had mayonnaise all over the top of the bun.

Service was great here and the couple of staff i talked with were very patient. Only complaint is the menu- what happened to all the food? These days Panera (or maybe this location) seems to have a much reduced menu.

First time having Panera Delivered. I chose a time frame of 11:30-11:45 with Broccoli Cheddar Soup, 1/2 Grilled Cheese and a (free) baguette. I ordered a garlic sauce for my sandwich, which did not arrive. Soup was less than 1/2 a bowl. No utensils. Delivery arrived at 11:15. Meal was 16.48. With tax (1.32) Convenience Fee (?) (1.10) Delivery ($1) and a tip, I did NOT know about… total came to 21.08. I feel this was a bit expensive for the small quantity.
