Let’s start off by saying save your time and money and order from ANY other Dunkin’ location. Ordered multiple coffees and food, the food was barely edible and none of the items were made the way it was ordered. The coffe taste like it was left in a pot over night just burning away. The people were nice and polite but that’s not why I go to Dunkin. I will make sure to never spend another dime at this store due to the consistently poor quality products received here.

I always get Dunkin every morning on my way to work. Everyone knows that there’s always something wrong with Dunkin, so I’m not surprised this happened. I always order the Omelette bites, I think they’re really good but today Dunkin ruined my morning. I was eating my food like usual – really enjoying it – I was devouring it until I get another piece and right when I lift it up to consume it, I see there was a fried-curled string of hair on one of my Omelette bites. I felt disgusted to the point it made me have to park my car to vomit. Now I’m late for work with a horrible taste in my mouth and all because of a Dunkin employee that didn’t clean the machine right or didn’t have their hair up. Thank you for this horrible experience Dunkin.

Ordered Large coffee 1 cream 1 sugar. Most of the coffee was cream and sugar. Ordered 3 Frosted Vanilla Cream (vanilla headlight donuts). Got 3 powdered vanilla cream. Is it that hard? Will avoid the Waters location from now on :/

Went in to order a dozen donuts, but got a full-blown reality show instead. An employee was blasting music from their phone in the lobby, then a screaming match broke out in the back—complete with thrown objects and a symphony of cuss words. The drama even spilled outside! Guys… it’s Dunkin’not a WWE match. Yall don’t get paid enough to be this worked up.

Guy who took order has no smile in his face as if like why are we here. Also messed up orde, he took order for chicken roasted peer warp only to tell by their manager later it is discontinued. By she replaced it with 3 wake up warps. I didn’t find bagels fresh in the morning. I dint like dine in experience and over experience is below average.

Is this a joke?? How have people become so unprofessional on the job? We asked for an order of snacking bacon and the person said “do you want a drink with that because they might be a little dry” while laughing with her coworkers and making jokes ( of course they were laughing because they knew the bacon was burnt and they were going to serve it just like that anyways. ) the bagel with cream cheese had cream cheese just in the middle, with nothing to spread it with so now I have to take a bite full of cream cheese alone. We were also asked if we wanted to give a donation and when we said no the lady sighed and said “ohhh my god” with an attitude. So rude, absolutely no work ethic.
