My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and it was amazing! The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere and decor were amazing, and the food was delicious! My husband ordered the Miso Ramen and the serving size was huge— he was so pleased. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Got the Tonkotsu ramen. The noodle came out had perfect chewy structure, it was topped with 4 pieces of braised pork, small pieces of bokchoy. Broth was flavorful but the pork smells lil’ weird, bokchoy was not even a whole piece, cut up very small and as less as green onion.
The sukiyaki was amazing, friendly price with huge portion and plenty of meat.
Agedashi Tofu was a little dry.
Food quality is great. Super nice service.
The menu is elaborate with descriptions and pics.
Recommend: Spicy Golden Scallop, Duck Ramen, Gyoza Soup ( appetizers), Sukiyaki.

Saw a lot of good reviews of this restaurant and decide to check it out. Their menu is pretty big especially their appetizers.
From all the good reviews, do all the diner realized their foods are lukewarm. I don’t understand why. All their food is the same temperature as sushi. I haven’t try everything yet but my food was lukewarm. Ika sugatayaki (grill squid), unagi Don (grill eel). Weird, they tasted good but kinda baffles me.
Beside that I don’t have much complain. Service is nice, food comes out quick and I like their interior decorations.

Always feel at home at my Favorite Sushi Spot in the Midwest – Hands Down! Enkjoyed my 2 Most favorite dishes of; “The Soft shell Crab as and “The Amazing Roll” which I brought home to my husband the next day (An hour away in my Cooler:-) & he even Loved it as well! They even have Private dining rooms to accommodate Parties of 12 or 8 pp or seat up to 20 guests total (I’m looking into coordinating my Birthday Dinner for 20-25 guests )It was treat having the owner waiting on me at the Sushi bar & love hearing his Lovely stories from Japan. I even got to share my pictures from our Wedding in Kyoto, Japan as well

Food was delicious. Had the katsu curry, tonkotsu ramen, okonomiyaki, dragon roll and crunchy tuna roll. I thought the decor was nice with Japanese themes. The servers were friendly and kind!
