Found this restaurant by pure coincidence. First impression was not impressive, but once I tried their huancaina sauce, I changed my mind. That was one of the best huancaína sauce I’ve eaten in a while. Creamy and delicious. I did not enjoy my chicha morada though. Wish they do something to better their water taste. I ordered a glass of water and it tasted and smelled awful. I believe thr chicha morada was prepared with that same water. Food was delicious though and I’m still dreaming about that delicious huancaina sauce. Kudos to the chef.

I’ve been to Peruvian restaurants and I have to say this one is a gem! I love the food and the presentation! Pedro was amazing as suggesting dishes and they were all delicious! My husband ordered the Pescado a lo Macho and it was delicious! I ordered yucas al mestizo and they were soooo gooood. I will definitely recommend this place! When I come back to West Palm Beach I’ll definitely be back to this place! I tried the Pisco sour, the mando sour, and the Passion Sour; the were all delicious; of course if you don’t have high tolerance for alcohol I would not recommend trying all three in one sitting ; but all I am saying is they were amazing! As a matter of fact we’ll be having dinner here tonight and canceling whatever reservation we have at another place!

As I said we went back for dinner and it was amazing! The atmosphere was great, the live music was awesome, the food was excellent, and once again the Service was top notch! We’ll be coming back soon whenever in West Palm Beach! Definitely recommend this Gem for authentic Peruvian food!

One of our favorite Peruvian restaurants — we’ve been coming back here many times, and every visit is a delight. Everything is consistently delicious and high quality. The chicken with peanut sauce is an absolute masterpiece, and the stewed meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. A truly amazing experience — we always want to come back. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% recommend!

As a proud Peruvian, I can say we are very particular when it comes to food and Mestizo completely surpassed all of our expectations. The flavors were authentic, vibrant, and absolutely delicious. Every dish carried the heart of our culture, beautifully presented and bursting with taste.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. What really stood out, beyond the incredible food, was the staff their friendliness and genuine hospitality made us feel like we were right at home.

Mestizo isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience. If you’re looking for amazing Peruvian cuisine with an unforgettable vibe, this is the place.

Every dish was delicious bursting with bold flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and beautifully presented.

Service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the ambiance made us feel like we’d been transported straight to Lima.

This place is a true gem — whether you’re a longtime fan of Peruvian food or trying it for the first time, you’ll be blown away. We can’t wait to come back!

The Pisco Sour was incredible—just like the one my uncle used to make. The Arroz con Pollo was delicious as well, and they generously added extra chicken for us.
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. They’re currently expanding, so the interior is still being updated, but I’m excited to come back again soon!

Great food, flavor and cook on all ingredients were really well done.
This was a happy surprise, the service was excellent and friendly. It’s a small restaurant but the experience felt intimate and welcoming. I couldn’t stop thinking about my pesto dish. Drinks and apps also set the tone, very delicious. Definitely will come back again if I ever visit West Palm again.

We were in West Palm Beach on vacation and craving Peruvian food, so I searched around on Google and stumbled upon this gem. After checking their Instagram and seeing that Peruvian National Team and Bayern Munich legend Claudio Pizarro had visited, we knew we had to try it.
The restaurant has a warm, welcoming vibe with about 6–7 tables inside plus outdoor seating. Pedro, the owner, was incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions.

We started with the ceviche de pescado, yuquita mestizo, and causa de pollo (not pictured). The yuquita mestizo was light and fluffy with a cheesy filling—similar to Brazilian pão de queijo but less heavy—and paired perfectly with their housemade huancaína sauce. The causa de pollo was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—packed with flavor and a hit with everyone at the table. The ceviche was equally impressive: perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of ají, a classic Peruvian dish done right.

For our mains, we ordered three different dishes: Pollo Saltado, Tacu Lomo, and “A la Huancaína” (a lomo saltado with tallarín and huancaína sauce). All were fantastic. This was our first time trying tallarín with huancaína sauce, and now I’m tempted to ask for this “secret menu” item at other Peruvian spots back home. Both the filet mignon and chicken in the saltados were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, soaking up every bit of that rich saltado sauce.

If you’re in West Palm Beach and want authentic Peruvian food without making the trip to Miami, Mestizo Fusion Cuisine is absolutely worth a visit.
