What an excellent establishment! As someone who leans more on the carnivorous side of things, I am impressed with their plant-based selection! They have everything there that will satisfy your dining needs. I’m the kind of diner that likes to try everything at least once, but when I find a go to, I tend to order that often. For me, their French toast with just some syrup (though you can get fresh fruit toppings) and a pineapple mango smoothie is to die for!!! My husband, who is a pescatarian, is a fan of all of the tofu dishes, particularly their signature Buffalo Tofu Wrap!
I love that they are located in a cute side of town with easy parking, easy walking, and a bright welcoming atmosphere when you walk in, adorned with a fun wall-painted mural, lounging area, and shuffleboard table. It really has something there for everyone!
Lastly, and certainly not least, if you are about supporting local business, I cannot think of a better one to support! The owners are amazing people and they genuinely spread positivity, healthy living, dedication, heart, and fun!

A vegan restaurant with quite a few options. I am not vegan so this was something different for me. I enjoyed my French toast. Also has a nice selection of cold bottled drinks. An interesting atmosphere with some murals on the wall and local art for sale.

Delicious! Fantastic vegan dishes at reasonable prices. We enjoyed a couple of the wraps and highly recommend the buffalo tofu wrap. You’ve got to give this place a try!

We have seen this restaurant over the past several months and weren’t quite sure what it was. Today we finally stopped. My husband was skeptical of the only vegan menu; to the point we considered taking him somewhere else for food afterwards. I, however, was excited! Not vegan, but health conscious for sure. He decided upon entering that he would try the Buffalo tofu wrap, and commented several times on how he was glad he tried it, and that tofu was amazing. Like, enjoyed it more than his usual buffalo chicken. I agreed. Tofu isn’t always done well but Foster the Plant does it amazingly! The locally sourced veggieful salad with resomary balsamic was also incredible. Will most definitely be making this our Potsdam restaurant stop from here on out.

Delicious!!! The wraps were fantastic, with the Buffalo Tofu Wrap being our favorite! And their baked goods were a delicious end to our meal.

Excellent, excellent fresh food. Had the stir fry vegetables with breaded tofu around noon and I’m still full. I hope you guys branch out. Could really use you in the tri-lakes area. Just sayin….
