Ordered the breakfast baconator combo. Sandwich was decent but messy with way too much of whatever sauce that is they put on there.Like a mayonnaise blend. The staff wasn’t friendly but not were they rude. The car in front of me had issues with their order so that was entertaining to watch. Breakfast fries are really good and seasoned well.

Went through the drive thru to get three chicken tenders for my son waited outside for 15 minutes, went to ask And got an attitude from the workers everyone was cussing and joking, acting like kids not doing their job. I was the only car in the line unprofessional absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend to anybody unless you want your time wasted on shitty food.

Usually this place is on point with service and food. This morning I had breakfast and on the bottom of the croissant there was a spot of mold. This totally grossed me out. I called them and let them know and they did offer to replace so I brought it back and they did replace but they need to check their food before it goes out. I will be back but will for sure check my food.

We rolled through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s in Cartersville, Georgia, to get some food for our road trip back to Montgomery, Alabama. We ordered our food some fruit cups as well. The fruit cups were $1.59 each. As you can tell by the pictures, only one-fourth of the cup was filled. I thought this was a mistake. When I went in to inquire about the fruit, the lady manager told me that they were instructed to put 6 pieces of strawberry and 6 blueberries into each fruit cup. This is why I rated the restaurant two stars. Although the restaurant was very clean, anyone who sells product in this manner, does not deserve more than two stars. Wendy’s is always very consistent! I am ashamed to say that Wendys has jumped aboard the greed train!

Are we out of lettuce at this location? Ordered on the app and picked up in drive thru. Lady was nice which is a plus. Got home and both mine and my husband’s food had no lettuce. His chicken sandwich barely had mayo on it and mine had so little ketchup you couldn’t even tell it was there. Tired of paying for stuff and it’s sub par. No biggie if they are out of lettuce but at least tell me when I get to the window

This is such a great Wendy’s! Always consistent yummy food and accurate orders. Loretta and Brook in the drive thru always have a smile on their faces! Go to this restaurant…you won’t be disappointed!!!

Manager has a poor attitude. Got mad at me when I came through drive thru to pick up an order and said I needed to come inside. Yet half the time the lobby is closed. Attached is a photo of the locked door. This Wendy’s is a terrible top to bottom.
Edit: Day shift manager lady isn’t very quick witted. If you’re going to make slow ignorant comments, you should probably at least try to be nice to people. She needs a lesson on customer service.

The drive thru lady(the heavier set older lady) is a real piece of work and did not meet customer satisfaction and was really rude to my wife. I had to just leave because I couldn’t deal with it.
