From Beaumont area where our Popeyes have been closed. Haven’t had it in over a year. Oral surgery appt for kid. Saw this place open and I couldn’t turn in fast enough! I had spicy chicken sandwich, my favorite with macncheese. Service was fast and friendly. Food was perfect! Normally I dont get pickles. But they were crunchy and spicy! Thats not the ones we got in Beaumont a year ago. ❤️❤️

Can’t count to 3 that’s 2 pieces. It may look like 3 but it’s 2. Those chicken tenders also been in the warmer for at least an hour. Popeyes have been trash for the last 15 years now.

I had a specialty order and where most Popeyes get it wrong these guys and gals got it right. Courteous service. Order was prepared quickly. The only thing I saw that kept this place from a 5 star rating was the majority of the tables had crumbs all over them like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while which didn’t make sense because they weren’t particularly busy at that time. (6:00 P.M.) All in all one of the better Popeyes in this area. I would visit again.

Nothing is more annoying than getting home after a long day of work and realizing they missed items in your order. Its part my fault for not checking but i figured it wasnt a big order so everything should be in the bag. When i noticed i was missing a sandwich i tried to call to let them know. Noone ever picked up the phone it just kept ringing or it rang twice before being hung up.

I ordered a 6 piece with 2 sizes and biscuits. The chicken was nasty it had cold lard on it from sitting for to long. I was so upset about it. It did not look busy. I thought maybe I would have gotten some fresh fried chicken.

I stopped by here to grab something for lunch but it was kind of early (10:30a) I waited forever to get somebody to take my order clearly they were open, there was a guy in the inside sitting down having a bite. Then when I place the order the lady didn’t speak English, but when I received order the chicken was fresh the red beans/rice still small and getting smaller. I guess this is a city wide thing!

The 18 for $18 wings need to be seasoned with the batter not poured on the wings and they forgot all three of my dipping sauce. Great customer service. I left a $5 tip.

They messed up my order I asked for chicken the one that has a bone in it. The gave me tenders not what I wanted. Plus I asked for Mac and cheese and I got soup with about 10 noodles in it. Also no flavor to even make a great soup. Called to complain and no answer so I guess customer service doesn’t matter there.

So I ordered me a classic sandwich and a Bacon and cheese classic sandwich they got one of my orders wrong when I got home I noticed it. I called them 20 times and they never answered to let them know that they messed up my order and they also charge me for the bacon with cheese Do not recommend this location nothing but young kids working in there
