Today I got the absolute smallest order of french fries I’ve ever received in my life. Technically I did order a small. Although the word, small, might be a massive understatement.
Luckily I got them on sale with a current promotion. I can’t imagine paying the full price that is normal for this size portion.
The food tasted fine. The staff was a friendly enough. Not overwhelmingly warm and friendly but not rude im anyway.
There’s ample free parking outside. Handicap spots nearby. A variety of different flavor sodas at their soda fountain.

Stop by to get the two for six mix and match chicken sandwich and roast beef or whatever else deal that is going on as I do in Wisconsin… I was denied any mix and match or any deal of any sort…due to not having a coupon?! I never had a coupon in Wisconsin and was never denied at home.. This place doesn’t have any sort of non coupon deals apparently.. it’s not the fact that I was looking for a deal I could care less about that, I was more or less looking into the two roast beef sandwiches instead of paying over $10 for two small classic roast beefs which I think is ridiculous in itself, I was looking for a alternative route and in Wisconsin I usually have that. Disappointed service they really had no idea what I was talking about…

Upon entering you’re met with a mixture of smells. Assuming one of the smells is old mop water bc the floor was so sticky it felt like bonnie blue just came through. The roast beef was worse than bang bus. No music in the waiting room, so you listen to the angry couple and the staff fighting. No sauces at all in the pump station, just packets thrown on the counter to scavenge. The other smells emit from the bathroom, I’ll spare you the read, they’re gross.

The food was great the service was quick and got our orders correct the floors were sticky and gross the soda fountain syrup needed refilling on alot of the drinks my son and I prefer but the food was still hot fresh and yummy i recommend the chicken fingers stay away from the rubberized bacon the burgers are fine without it and the potato cakes are

I don’t know the name of the lady who was running the drive thru today 3/23 at around 12:45. But she served me the best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had in my entire 21 years of life. She said pull up to park we have fresh chicken and I said ok bet. Everything about the sandwich was perfect. It was life changing. Thank you.

If I could leave less stars then 1, I would. To begin my journey of ordering food, I was immediately greeted with immense disrespect. The staff was rude, almost as if they didn’t want to be there. I ordered my food, excited to eat this wonderful meal (not so wonderful now…) just for my order to be completely wrong. I received a honey mustard wrap instead of the ranch wrap I ordered. Who the hell like honey mustard. When I said something about it, the staff immediately started arguing with me. They wouldn’t give me a refund or fix the order. Instead, they disrespected me once again. Later that evening, I decided to try again. I ordered the same order for delivery through Uber eats. Same thing happened. As an lgbtq black male, I feel this was intentional, and not by mistake. I called the Arby’s 3 times to get this fixed, they didn’t answer. I called the other Arby’s near here, they answered immediately. While they couldn’t help much with my situation, the staff there gave me a shoulder to cry on. In beyond angry. I will say, if McDonald’s brings back the snack wrap, I will never step foot in your Arby’s again.
