Except for them being out of Boo Books and kids meals box drinks it was a typical Wendy’s. They did however, offer frostys and cups of punch to compensate which we greatly appreciated. Service was friendly and good.

15-20 mins wait for food! Why have a drive thru! It means nothing! Every time I get asked to wait in the parking lot. Half the time I see cars behind me leaving and not waiting. Four cars passed this time. I order two meals. Don’t ask for anyone to wait in the parking area when they went thur the drive thru. It really felt punished, last time they had moldy fries. Super hangry review because I had to wait 20 mins only to see my food fall on the floor because the staff shoved everything in one bag and they couldn’t close it. Every time they have made us wait for our food in the parking lot.
Super disappointed in the response from the staff. They never step up and make it right. They only make you feel bad for ordering it in the first place.

The food is healthier than most fast food restaurants. It’s almost never crowded.You can get in and out quickly. My personal favorite is the baked potato with sour cream. Their chili is unbelievable tastes just like homemade. I like to put the chili over my baked potato. It’s such a healthy alternative to greasy fast food. I always get junior frosty or a kid’s frosty. It’s a nice treat.It’s not too big, and it doesn’t have a lot of calories. For those of you with children, their kids meals.The toys that come with it are so much fun.Even I collect them.

Came to this Wendy’s, cuz the Wendy’s by Vallarta had the worst customer service. This Wendy’s had less people surrounding the drive through & one person in the front. Great customer service, fresh food & clean dining area. Thank you guys for making up for the other Wendy’s. No regrets here.

I paid for a $5 drink because it’s hot out and I’ve been craving this lemonade just for them to mainly fill it with ice. I took 2 drinks and that’s the level it’s at. I’m so disappointed and frustrated because not everyone’s income is great and something like this is a nice treat for me and all I got was ice. I’m not good at confrontation either so no I did not call to complain. It is disheartening that my drink is mainly ice for five dollars though.

I take care of 2 elderly women. The most amazing people you will ever meet. They have come to this location for years now. Never ever complaining, but I am going to be their voice because sometimes you can be to damn nice. So every time they decide to go to this location it’s usually late evening on their way back from a doctors appointment down the hill. They order the same thing. A large chili with cheese and onions and A bacon and cheese baked potatoes extra bacon. Sometimes a family pack of chicken nuggets. Well i don’t know how the same employees continue to charge $4 dollars for the extra bacon and $2.00 dollars for cheese and onions in the chili. Apparently, this has been happening every time. Well and probably five out of 10 times they go there’s no cheese and onions on the chili and there’s no bacon at all and at other times there’s bacon, but it looks like they just tossed a few crumbs on it. Anyways, I decided to go up there twice once with the ladies. and behold, the same employee did the same thing charge them extra gave them half the amount of the family pack of chicken nuggets and they got a sprinkle of bacon. Of course when we stopped and I went through the bag and I went to turn around and go back through, they were closed and of course our fault we got there late, but these are elderly ladies. It takes a while to get around and when they have to go down the hill, we know it’s a long day. again I went up two days ago I ordered two baked potatoes with bacon and cheese. I asked if they could put the cheese for one on the side and add extra bacon to both well of course the same employee there was no cheese on one no bacon, no side of cheese and the other one had bacon and cheese, but barely any now I was charged eight dollars extra for extra bacon and this is getting ridiculous if anybody knows who the owner of this company has every time I ask these people they claim that it’s privately owned so Wendy’s has no authority over them and I’m at the end of my rope and my ladies don’t want to complain, but I do so if anybody knows who the owner is, if not, I am going to go there tomorrow morning and if you’re reading this, the one who decides they’re gonna cheat these elderly ladies and me for for whatever reason the one that works late. Looks like a boy. Sounds like a girl just remember though it may seem petty to you, these women are a fixed income and you cheat them out of what they have purchased too many times and now I’m going to take care of it and I’m gonna go straight to the owner of the company

The old people that work here are so slow even the store manager just standing around on his phone not doing nothing while his employees struggle to stay caught up with the two orders the 6 staff members had what a disaster, NEED TO HIRE YOUNGER AND MORE WILLING PEOPLE.

OK. I understand things change, prices go up according to what’s going on in the world. I get it. But look at this. This is a $5.49 “Breakfast Baconator” from Wendy’s. Remember when “Baconator” meant that there was so much bacon on there that you couldn’t see anything else? Well those days are gone. Look at this little measly sad sandwich. Remember the movie “Falling Down?” Remember he held that hamburger (I think it was a whammy burger), in the air and said “can anybody see what’s wrong with this picture?” Can anybody at all? That’s what I’m asking you Wendy’s? Where’s the Bacon??!
