I had a great experience at this Domino’s. THe pepperoni and jalapeño pizza tasted amazing! perfectly seasoned, hot, and with just the right amount of toppings. My order took about 30 minutes to cook, and when I picked it up the staff were friendly and clearly working hard. Fast, tasty, and excellent service and they made me laugh while I was there. I’ll definitely keep ordering from this location.

We order a lot of pizza. Always the same, 2 med hand toss crust, light pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Normally it’s good, until tonight. It was delivered and all of sudden I started smelling very strange strong funky smell. I had to go into the back room and close the door as I thought I was going to vomit from the smell. Then my Husband comes in and says that pizza tastes nasty! Tastes sour! So I call the the 8442 Pacific Ave location that it was made at, to give them the pizza back and request a refund or a possible replacement. The first employee hung up on me, so I call again, the employee this time was Kara. She told me since it was made as I ordered, that they would not replace not refund. I said to her, check my profile, I order all the time, and order the same pizza always. She then says I’ll talk to my store supervisor. So as of now, I’ve got the worst SMELLING, GROSS TASTING PIZZA.

Lazy people lazy crew. Placed my order over the app. When i arrived they forgot to make my pizza and told me it wasn’t ready yet. They then quietly talked to each other talking about how they messed up. Once my pizza was done, it sat in the window for 20 minutes before they finally gave it to me. Took about 40 minutes in all to get a pizza when it could have been 15 minutes.

I place an order. When I went to go pick it up the doors were locked. I knocked and no one open the door. I tried to call and I was on the line for about 15 minutes before someone answered. No apologies or explanation as to why they took 15 minutes to answer. The person who answered was a female. I canceled my order.

Extremely poor experience. I placed an order online and drove here to pick it up at 11:00 PM. Even though their hours state they are open until midnight, the doors were locked when I arrived. Right as I walked up, I got a notification that my order was canceled. I could see an employee inside, but they completely ignored the phone when I tried to call for an explanation. Completely unprofessional to take an order and then ghost the customer at the door.

This location is the worst of all. My pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni and sausage and this was the sloppiest pizza the cheese in the middle didn’t melt and it was still cold. The location never makes things right so I contacted corporate. I never have issues with other locations. This is the closest to my home.

The brownies look like they were cooked probably 30 seconds too much but still bomb .
And the delivery driver was super friendly.
I ordered my food at 2:47 & got it at 3:03 & i live only 4mins away from the store(<-a year ago)

Almost everytime I order at night they either overcook or burn my pizzas and parmesan bites. There’s proof of my family’s dinner tonight. Horrible!! Rude staff. At least the ones that were on the phone with me. The manager hung up on me! Awesome customer service NOT!! I hope this helps you make up your mind about ordering from this location.
