I ordered a through mobile app and I went to pick it up via the drive thru. It slipped my mind that I ordered and wasn’t too far from the store. When I arrived and told the barista that I placed a mobile order, he said he would look into it, they might have just got it. I drove up to the window and he again told me that it wasn’t ready yet and that it would be a few minutes. I had no problem with waiting and said that was fine. I was not rude or giving an attitude. He was going to shut the window and I told him that I could go inside if I needed to so I wasn’t holding anyone up at the drive thru, there was no one behind me except someone ordering. He said it was up to me. I did not decide to go inside. I did not wait long for my drink at all, maybe less than two minutes. When he handed me my drink he said, “it usually takes about four minutes to make a drink.” And I said, “yea, it slipped my mind. I got here really fast.” Why did he feel the need to say that comment when I was nice and patient about the situation? I had no problem waiting for my drink. I go to this location every once in awhile and I have waited 40 minutes in the drive thru or longer and have always placed a mobile order and have never had a problem waiting. I work customer service, I know there are people who exist and are waiting to be served other than me. So I felt that comment was unnecessary and I wasn’t a fan of the passiveness.

Stopped by here yesterday for a cup of coffee with my sister. This location has a nice dining area, so presumably it’s meant to be an actual cafe. We ordered 2 simple coffees and waited…for 25 minutes. Finally I went back up to the cashier, only to be told that it would be another 20 minutes; they do not prioritize in-person customers. Despite being surrounded by coffee equipment, she could not actually serve 2 cups of Starbucks in less than 45 minutes. Another customer came up behind me to commiserate — she had also been waiting for 25 minutes and was told she would get her coffee…in 17 minutes. I asked for a refund and left. A coffee shop should produce coffee for in-person customers in, say, under 10 minutes? Or at least inform them that their order will take 45 minutes?

Follow-up — I did try to contact Starbucks but ended up in a 20 minute text conversation with what was probably a chatbot, thanking me for contributing to their metrics. Not in the least bit satisfying.

Shoutout to the team here on Christmas Eve for dealing with the GROSSEST WOMAN EVER after they were literally closing. In the store getting a coffee and an awful woman in sweatpants talking HORRIBLY to the staff. “You’re not going to last long”? Okay lady. You’re not doing anything. I hope I never see you as a customer in any other store again. Great job handling this awful customer and SO nice to me! Happy holidays!

I love Starbucks but not every single one is the same. There was a man there with long red hair and lipstick who even in spite of my coffee spilling and taking note of it didn’t help to clean or offer to make me another drink. I had to ask if they would be able to give me a towel to help clean up while trying to not let my 23 month old with autism run away or get burned.

Sad to leave a review like this but this location has really gone downhill. I’ve been coming here for 8 years. It’s not what it used to be. Walked in this morning and was told it would be a 40-min wait for coffee. Said the only thing that wouldn’t be 40-mins was drip coffee. That’s a bit ridiculous. Sadly, I left and went to Sweetwaters across the street. This location needs to hire more baristas if they are going to hold a flame to the Starbucks in the Target across the street and the Sweetwaters. It’s not even the baristas fault, this is very poor logistical planning on Starbucks end. Lost my business. Maybe not forever but for now.

I went in to pick up 2 orders for uber, the 1st one was done, after waiting for 6 minutes for the second one I tried to ask one of the workers how much longer it will be, he looked at me very pissed that I had bothered him and very rudely said they have a lot of other drinks to make like its my fault they were dumb enough to mark the order as ready when it wasn’t even close to being done. 30 min is the time I was quoted. Every single star bucks out there never had an issue with making drivers a priority like they should be. Every other place does it but apparently its very inconvenient for them. And they want better pay? How about you fix your employees attitudes first

Time and time again I go to this Starbucks and I don’t even know why anymore. They used to be good and get my order right all the time. Today I left with this. When I ask for extra drizzle they usually at least like the cup. This doesn’t even look close enough to what is advertised.

Update: tried again. Only one person was working and the other 2 were off in the back while there was a large line. Everything says they close at 9pm on fridays and Saturday’s. After calling for 10-minutes straight, I finally got an answer. She stated they were closed and cleaning which is why they didn’t hear the phone. I explained my drinks are never made right, I asked for a large and got a medium. When I explained my frustrations she just said okay. I asked what can she do for me, not expecting to carry this conversation. She said I can speak with a team lead or have my drink remade. I don’t always have time to get my drink remade before work and they obviously don’t have the time seeing the long line. It takes them 15-minutes to get a single drink. I asked her to leave my number so someone can call me. She then proceeded to explain she cannot give out numbers. I repeated myself and she again told me to call the store. After being a manager in fast food, it was a terrible way to handle a customer. Not one apology. Wish I knew the girl who did make the drinks because the other 2 don’t know what they’re doing.

Adbyrd LLC.
Our executive team at Adbyrd Advertising held a quick meeting at this Starbucks and were impressed by the attentive and helpful staff. The service was prompt, and the team made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The only drawback is the size of the location—it’s a bit too small for groups or longer meetups. Still, a great spot for a coffee break or a one-on-one chat.
