Pulled up to the drive through speaker and barely a greeting was uttered. immediately a tone of disdain asked me to “speak up.” When I emphasized a request for “one second to look at the menu” it was met with “well if you take longer than 2 minutes I have to ask you to pull around.” Wait, what? This is new. “Manager please.” Is this really how you treat a customer who fortunately doesn’t have the McDonals menu memorized (Yes, I mean fortunately.) Managers doubles down on the 2 minute or you must pull around.
I highly doubt that the McDonalds customer service training states a patron only has 2 minutes to order and thats all the time they get before being forced to go around in a circle to try their luck at another two minute clock.
What a joke! Not going back there, but really who gives a damn.

Drive-thru was quick. The employees were nice and our order was ready quickly. But tired of the mess ups-
I hadn’t been to this location for a few years bc of the staff and several mistakes.
Update: having issues with orders again. Staff is very nice, but ended up/handed with 3 orders of drippy “soup”/ what was ice cream at one point instead of (mc flurry). (I thought that it was just melted on top which is no big, but it must’ve been under a heat light and was melted throughout and made a terrible mess and I was only there a few minutes) The orders are very inconsistent.

I ordered a large fry and two sides of hot mustard, yesterday, 04/25/2024. Service was friendly and great, minus the constant app pestering. But as you can see from the photos, a large fry was either in a container too big (a supersize container); or it was a medium fry in a large container. Either way, it seemed skimpy.
Also the fries were cold. Disappointing experience. And it was $6.14 for a large fry and two sauces. Meh.

They got my order completely wrong and I wasn’t able to go back to get a refund or get my food right. Their hot chocolate machine is ALWAYS broken they told me they dont clean it so its always down.

First in line at drive thru had to wait at least 10 minutes just for two diet dr. Pepper. When we got home we had one diet dr pepper and one regular coke. Good thing I’m not diabetic!!! Obviously short staffed, that’s a fault of the owner, they make the budget, if you can’t run it sell it.

1 lg fry is $5.29 and was barely filled at all didnt even notice till we got home.
