Love this new place. Fantastic shakes and onion rings. Really nicely done in the table area. Clean and upbeat feel. Great staff that were Super Friendly. Shout out to the cooks. Everything was delicious. Bathroom was nice and clean also. Easy to see from the main road with easy access. Not very busy. Come on in and give them a try.

I was in the area and wanted to see my daughter, who works in American Fork so I asked her what she wanted me to bring… she asked for a shake. And Oreo shake to be more precise, so I asked he “from where?” And her answer was “iceberg is just a few blocks from here”
So I go to this iceberg location. Was treated nicely and respectfully. I ordered the large shake and they served it in a big cup.
This little spot seems to be a nice to go for a quick bite. I loved how clean it is, the large windows and the amazing views to the beautiful mountains.
Next time I will eat something.
As a side note, when I gave the shake to my daughter I noticed the big cup was just holding a smaller cup, so I was a little disappointed but my daughter explained that’s the way they serve their shakes.

Had the BBQ burger. BBQ sauce was good. Tangy and sweet. Bacon and the onion ring were great. Onion rings on the side too and they were some of the best I’ve had. I’ll be back to try their shakes.

A Hidden Gem: Iceberg Restaurant Delivers an Unforgettable Dining Experience

From the moment you walk into Iceberg Restaurant, you’re greeted with a warm ambiance that perfectly balances elegance and comfort. But what truly sets this place apart is the food — simply outstanding.

Every dish is a masterpiece, thoughtfully crafted and bursting with flavor. The ingredients taste fresh and high-quality, and the presentation is equally impressive. Whether you’re indulging in their perfectly grilled steaks, fresh seafood, or a vibrant vegetarian option, each bite leaves you wanting more. The attention to detail in both taste and aesthetics is remarkable.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, which only adds to the overall experience. Iceberg doesn’t just serve food — it delivers an experience that satisfies every sense.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that consistently exceeds expectations, Iceberg is it. Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone who appreciates top-tier dining.

Well, I’ve been going here for 3 years and they’ve only just made a mistake on my order for the first time. So I’d say their service is actually pretty good, haha! The food is great, but a little pricey, which is why I don’t go as often and why I’m giving 4 stars on service instead of 5.

We came in with no line, ordered and unlike some places they give the option of raw onion or grilled onion for your sandwich/burger. Food was made quickly, and they even brought it out to us which was fantastic. When you’re dining with kids it can be a handful so the little things start making a big difference. The food was so good, so were the shakes. Can’t wait to go back!

I love the Iceberg. I make it a point to visit every time I’m driving through Utah. The burgers are OK, but I’m a huge fan of their fried zucchini. They’re huge and delicious. Also, there are about 40 flavors of very thick shakes.

I am appalled at how this store treated us tonight. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and was served melted ice cream with cold chocolate sauce. I was served my sundae in a regular shake cup, and I ended up with ice cream all over because of how it was made. I have never been served a hot fudge sundae inside a regular drink cup before. The picture on the menu shows what I would say is a regular style lower sided cup for an ice cream sundae. I went and asked for a different cup to try and salvage what I could and was told that they do not ever have that style of cup. I asked for the manager and was told by the person that rang me up she was the manager. So whichever manager was working at night needs some customer service training. We had to find our own napkins and paper towels to clean up the ice cream that was everywhere. I was told that no one has ever complained about this before. Unfortunately I do not believe that this is the case, any customer that needs help and is asking for help, should get help. Not have people laughing at them from the back room. I cannot believe that this is an appropriate way to “help” a customer that is just asking for what they ordered to be edible and resemble the image pictured.

The shakes were amazing! Also they were massive a mini is the size of a large soda at least! The burgers were good and the place wasn’t too busy when we first arrived. I believe they messed up my order (I ordered a double burger and got a single) other than that the place wasn’t clean and the people were friendly. Good food and nice diner vibes.

Huge disappointment after being loyal customers… The ice cream has deteriorated now to nearly ice milk… substituting soft serve for real ice cream is a huge misstep. The shakes are what Iceberg is famous for (though we really enjoy the zucchini sticks and onion rings too). Now I don’t know that we’ll be coming back much. The feel of the ice cream in your mouth is different when it’s soft-serve. My daughter and I had the caramel pecan shakes in a chocolate base tonight. I understand that it used to be vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup added so that was okay, but now it’s just crappy soft-serve. And the pecans were slightly rancid… nuts should be kept in the freezer or fridge to keep their freshness if they aren’t rotated through as frequently. My daughter’s BLT was fine, as well as the fries, zucchini sticks, and mozzarella sticks. But the decent quality of them was completely overshadowed by the ice-cream (yes, I am mentioning it again… that’s how disappointing and off-putting it was). Shakes were a zero rating, with the food being four, so that averages out to the two rating I gave. The service was good- the young lady at the drive-they window was personable and darling.
Go back to real ice cream, please. Don’t mess with your biggest selling point: in this world of fakery, stick to authenticity.
