Terrible service from Jay and Marissa. Got a large mocha frappe a week or so ago that had peppermint syrup, called up there so they could give me a credit. Nobody did their job and they are denying fixing it for me. Just disappointed tbh I think I’ll be going to the one down the road from now on. Purchased another one and they don’t even fill it up all the way lol this place is joke

I rarely go inside however the first time I ever went in was because I did a mobile order. I have a large family and so my orders are a little larger. I’m standing there ordering a couple of items I forgot at the kiosk and I can clearly hear a young man making rude comments about my order. I’m not the only customer in the restaurant and he is being loud enough I can hear him clearly. I finished placing my order and waited until I saw the manager and I asked him to come over and I very loudly made it known of the poor attitude this employee had. This employee turned around and looked right at me. I pointed at him and said yes you. The manager looked at me and apologized. I continued to speak directly to this employee who even though appeared young had to be in his mid to late 20’s. I’m not a judgemental person but I made it known that with his work ethic and poor customer service is very likely he’s not going to make it far in life. I also made it clear that I started in his position and worked my butt off to have the career I have now. The manager was obviously embarrassed by his employees behavior. The rest of the restaurant thanked me and apologized to me as I walked out.
I’ve also had issues with their shakes tasting like mold on more than one occasion. I just ordered them again and of course they taste like mold. I called to be given the typical cleaning procedures and to be told the ice cream cycles regularly. I explained to him that I’m aware of how the machine is cleaned and how it works because I worked for McDonald’s. Needless to say he didn’t give me any sort of refund or replacement item. I did call corporate because that’s a health hazard. These shakes are for my kids and both of my children have health issues and them drinking mold could put them in the hospital. I will probably no longer use this McDonald’s and instead drive 10min to another one in the area.

Place is absolutely pathetic! Both mc Donald’s on Genesee are trouble! Always a line around the building and they always make your pull off to the side do to not be ready with your food and make you wait 10-15 mins! WHATEVER HAPPEN TO FAST BEING FAST!?!?!?! I went inside because the line was so long and inside the lobby I waited 15 minutes and had multiple Employees walk by me and not even acknowledge I was there! It’s wild how much people at these Establishments don’t care!
Do better! Be better! Terrible franchises!

Been out here waiting for 30 minutes, watched 8 other cars served that came after us then they bring us the wrong food. Day shift is great , night shift seems lacking.

Had an amazing breakfast here today. The portions were correct, the bacon was actually cooked, the biscuit was not hard, the eggs were not soggy, and I got three pancakes! I live closer to the “other” McDonald’s near Richfield Rd, but I will travel to this location in the future. I’m tired of complaining about incorrect portions, wrong order, terribly prepared food, and lousy customer service. Not to mention half of the staff doesn’t know how to wear a hair net correctly. It is meant to contain your hair! It is not an accessory for the top of your head!

This is the worst mcdonalds ever. Nothing is EVER ready. At any given time they have 4 to 7 cars lined up after the drive thru. Food takes forever !!!!

The slowest customer service I’ve ever seen. This morning I was going to work and saw no one was in line or at the window. I sat there a minute and then asked if anyone was there to help and the gal said “I’ll be with you in a minute”! 5 minutes later and now about 6-7 cars stacked up behind me she comes back on and takes my order for a Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and med coke. I move forward and there is a car sitting at the window getting their order. Where did this car come from????? When I get there I wait another 2 minutes for my order. This McDonald’s store is terrible. Another visit prior to this I thought I’d go inside thinking it would be faster because it usually is at most locations and it took just as long and I was the only one inside. Bad, bad service! You have a great location but terrible service.
