Long line I understand. However, in cases where theres a long wait i got melted frappuccinos without extra toppings and a room temp cheese crossaint. Worse satrbuck experience, in quality, and accuracy. They CAN do batter as other locations have better outcomes.

The only good thing about this location is how late it stays open and that it’s open most holidays. However Every visit, EVERY visit is 15-30+ minutes for an incomplete order with missing items, may it be inside or mobile order – it’s always late and the coffee isn’t done well. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but when it’s every time, despite a full team of baristas present – it gets frustrating. I just want to get in and out quickly, Not wait and be cranky.

We just left this Starbucks. My partner ordered our order around 9:45 am – 9:50 am inside the Starbucks. It was a iced tall chai with oat milk, an iced venti chai with oat milk, a bacon Gouda, and a brownie. We didn’t get our order until 10:30 am. My partner tried to ask a barista for an update on our order around 10:15 am and the barista was rude and said the order had already been completed. So my partner waited in line once again to ask about our order. They then realized that the order was either given away or taken by another customer. Afterwards, it still took another 15 minutes to receive our order. As an ex barista, I understand that it was busy, but the order should have been placed as priority once this mistake was realized. Our order should not have taken almost an hour to receive. On top of that, our drinks did not have any stickers or writing on them confirming what our orders were, so we have no idea if the drinks have oat milk or not which should be required since people have milk allergies, like we do. Extremely disappointing and a health hazard for not writing the order on the drinks. I was taught that was one of the most important steps in the drink making/ordering process. We will never return to this Starbucks again.

It’s so much I could say about this particular Starbucks I love everything about it and they treat me like family. The only way I’ll go to another Starbucks is That I’m out of town. But overall, the Starbucks on Arkansas Lane in Grand Prairie they rock. The staff is phenomenal and I can give a shout out to every individual Megan, Bella, Mason, and Daniel. They know me by name. I absolutely love this Starbucks.
