Visiting STL and chose to stop by Cafe de Blaire after seeing great reviews online. I ordered a breakfast bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. I was offered a choice between a plain or everything bagel. The food came out fast and hot! I also ordered a Honeynut Latte from the seasonal menu. Sweet but not too sweet. Cafe de Blaise features Kaldi’s Coffee, which is a STL business. Glad to stop by and support a local business!

Amazing experience, incredibly kind owner. The coffee is smooth, delicious, and a good price. I ordered the blackberry coconut latte with oatmeal, amazing! The chocolate banana latte is fantastic as well. Highly recommend! When I come back to St.Louis I will be sure to make a stop here and continue to support this wonderful business ❤️

We stayed at Hotel Saint Louis for a mother daughter weekend and needed our morning coffee. This was a quick walk to Cafe de Blaire and it was the best coffee and breakfast food we’ve had in a long time! And the owner was so friendly and welcoming 🙂 We got an iced brown butter latte with cold foam, an iced german chocolate mocha and a hot white mocha- all to which we loved! Create your own breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the açaí bowl was phenomenal! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area! Go pay this cute place a visit, you won’t regret it!

The experience Sunny gave us was nothing short of phenomenal! My fiancé and I were passing through to see the arch and wanted to stop by for some local coffee and breakfast. We had some made to order breakfast sandwiches and I tried my first affogato (espresso with ice cream) Sunny confirmed with me that I wanted vanilla verse trying it with a flavored ice cream. I can be a little nervous trying new things but I wish I had listened to her. She gave us some samples of her other ice creams that she makes in house. The banana walnut chocolate chip was what I definitely should have gotten instead. It was like banana bread as ice cream! They were all very tasty! Sunny has an amazing, funny, bubbly personality and shared some amazing stories from her life as we dined in. She creates a unique experience different from other small independent shops we have been to. Definitely stop by and see her if you’re in the area or seeing the arch! We know we will in the future!

Café de Blaire has quickly become my go-to spot for coffee and relaxation. Its ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, making it a great place to work or unwind. The baristas are passionate about coffee and take the time to explain the different brewing methods and flavor profiles. I opted for a flat white, and it was expertly crafted—smooth, creamy, and with just the right amount of espresso kick. The pastry selection was impressive; I tried a blueberry muffin that was fresh and bursting with flavor. I also appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements, with both cozy nooks and communal tables available. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of charging outlets make it ideal for remote work. Café Aroma is a delightful blend of quality coffee and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

Such a great family owned coffee shop! Very warm and welcoming staff and the coffee is delicious! With so many unique flavor combinations. The hot sandwich was delectable as well. And all the ice cream is non-dairy and fruit based and absolutely delicious! A definite must stop in downtown St. Louis!

This cozy little spot was a great find during our stay near Laclede’s Landing. They have excellent pastries, smoothies, shakes and breakfast sandwiches, all served with a smile and good vibes. My 11 year old son wanted to go every day to get a cherry danish and a chocolate shake. Perfect place to start your day in St. Louis.

The food and coffee here are excellent. But that is not what makes this a top notch 5 star location. It’s the customer service and genuine interactions paired with the tasty goodness that completes this 5 star experience. I was able to sit for a while and watch many regular customers come and go. It was clear that the owner
knows a little bit about each person, and even a great many by name. I came back for a second time and they remembered exactly what I had ordered the day before. If I was local I’d be here daily. The ice cream is made in house. If you love strawberry, get two scoops!
