Stopped in here for dinner in the middle of a long trip. Quick and friendly service had our food out no long after our drinks. I had the chilaquiles and my only regret is that I have but one stomach to fill!

Well established and local popular restaurant that serves a American/Mexican style food. Food was tasty, the service was prompt and professional and the venue had a earthy and cozy vibe. The restaurant consisted of a number of large and small rooms including numerous bars and dining areas. The bars are solid wood and the decor is rusty vintage. We have visited this restaurant twice and on both occasions the standard. For both food service and atmosphere was excellent.

This place is hit or miss….mostly miss. My husband and I love Mexican food and we are always trying out different restaurants. We have ate here 3 times. The last time was the worst….the employees seem like they are in their own little world….don’t really engage with you….and are so busy cleaning and sweeping and rushing around while you are trying to eat….not very conducive to a relaxing, enjoyable meal. I am used to taking food home which gives me lunch for the next day and all that was left was a bunch of lettuce….no flavor in the food….like they just threw it together. Sorry to say, but we won’t be back. I was going to change the rating to all 1’s….it would not let me…..my advice…..go further down in Gadsden to the EL TAPATIO by the water…..they are much better !!!

A wonderful restaurant for great Mexican food. My daughter and I love Mexican food and try to find good places to eat when we are in the Gadsden area. This one is the best we have found so far. The food is great, the people are friendly, and the restaurant is very nice and clean. They don’t give you much salsa with your tortilla chips, but they will bring more if you ask.
Second time at this restaurant. I ordered the chili Colorado. It was by far the best I’ve ever eaten! Large portion of the best, tenderest steak. It was great. This is definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant.

This was our first time to this location. My wife had the chimichanga from the lunch menu, and I had the Texas Fajita Quesadilla. Both of our meals were excellent. The chips fresh, light, & and crispy, and the salsa had a good flavor.
We both had left overs that we enjoyed. I will definitely make this one of my regular destinations. I highly recommend.

Great service & food. Would suggest stop using the carts to clean off tables as they are extremely noisy when banging dishes.
