Even though my food wasn’t right, they were so nice about accommodating me and correcting my order. I love excellent customer service and will always put it about quality. I’m posting a picture of why I had my food remade. It was just rushed through and thrown together. When I went inside, I could tell they have a lot of new employees and were under a lot of pressure. The only downside, aside from my food being poorly made, is they gave me an ETA and it was at least 3 times longer than what they said it would be and I am still waiting.

I come here often and usually the service is better. And I’m surprised it wasn’t that good yesterday because there were actually more employees there. I feel like the chicken is just consistently small. I like the taste of the original but there’s no crunch to it and the breading falls off. And the extra crispy has so much breading compared to chicken it’s ridiculous. And yesterday they gave me all original when I asked for all extra crispy. And they tell me to go ahead and keep that bucket probably because I opened it already. So I got the original and the extra crispy. I do online ordering so it tells me when my order is ready. How’s it going to say my order is ready and then I get there and they tell me they don’t have the pieces for the extra crispy ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ and honestly I’m kind of glad they messed up and gave me extra chicken because I was hungry and they were small. And I’m not a big eater because I’m not a big person. But that would have left me still hungry.

I DoorDash on the side to make an extra bit of cash, and sometimes the drive-thrus we go through are full of workers who just don’t care to be there! But tonight a sweet young lady named Lala was so sweet and made both of our jobs a little more enjoyable! She had so much energy and enthusiasm, I had a positive experience and it wasn’t even my food!! She even gave me a bottle of water as she knew I was out in the heat!! People like this, need to be appreciated deeply in this world!! Thank you Lala for being you and being awesome!

Excellent service!! My 81 year old grandmother went through the drive through, and was very confused and generally just being difficult. Every single one of the employees at the drive through window deserves recognition for how they treated her! Utmost courtesy and respect, I can thank them enough. This happened 5/24 about 2pm. 4 6 2025 -I ordered a 10 pc bucket with 2 sides and biscuits in the drive through for take out. 30.00 plus tax. When I got my receipt It said 10pc meal (5 or leg 5 or thigh). The sign said nothing about all dark meet in the drive through. Rediculous! I can’t believe the price for 10 pcs of dark meat chicken. Last time I checked a chicken has equal parts of black and white meat and that use to be what you get in a bucket, NOT only that but the first thing I noticed was the chicken was a dark brown original recipe and it tasted like it was cooked in old Cooking oil. I tried to post a picture of the receipt but Google software would not let me upload the image. So I am back to Kroger where you get what you want for half the price, fresh never frozen chicken as well.
