Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I have rarely been satisfied with ordering here. Today and the last time I went have to have been the worst employee interactions I’ve ever experienced. When given my food I was told “here’s your damn food”, today I was insulted because I was checking my order, the lady asked me why I was checking my order and rudely told me to just look at the order tag. My order was wrong and I didn’t find out until I got home because I was being scolded for checking. Wrong sandwich wrong coffee, snack and bacon was good. I am always pleasant when order food anywhere because it’s respectful to show respect and because I don’t want spit in my food. I’d drive to Canandaigua for Dunkin next time, I’d still get my food faster anyways, expect a 15-35 minute wait at the Geneva Dunkin.

Dunkin is always good, and this trip was for a Box of Joe & Box of Munchkins. First time at this location and was surprised at how busy it was, both inside & at the drive-thru. Of course the staff at Dunkin handled it all, even with a smaller selection of donut holes to work with.

I just witnessed a heinous act of bagel betrayal at the local Dunkin’ Donuts. They served me a bagel so cold, I’m pretty sure it was thawed in the parking lot. The “generous” schmear of cream cheese? More like a sad, apologetic whisper of cream cheese. I’m talking a microscopic layer – the kind of spread a mouse would use to signal for help.
Dunkin’, what happened to the good ol’ days when a bagel and cream cheese meant something? Since when did you trade Cold Hard Cash for a Cold Hard Bagel. Shame on you Geneva Dunkin.

30 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous for coffee, I mean come on! Everyone acts like it’s their first day, hands in pockets walking around aimlessly. Yikes. Geneva constantly reminds me why I just drive to Canandaigua.

this is the worst dunkin ever! waited in the lobby for over 30 min for a bagel that takes 3 min to cook. but don’t think the drive through will save you time bc it takes just as long if not longer. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A FAST FOOD CHAIN AS IT IS ANYTHING BUT FAST.

This is consistently the most dysfunctional Dunkin I have ever been to. Today, I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I waited over thirty minutes, watching the gentleman on food making food completely out of order, throwing out food, and prioritizing mobile orders over the people that had been standing inside for 30 minutes. Eventually I asked for a refund, and was given the incorrect amount without even a hint of apology for the wait and bad service. I don’t know where the manager is (they never are there) but they need to either fix their store or leave the company. Absolutely unacceptable, and again no one was the least bit apologetic.

Got myself a coffee this morning and seems pretty busy with drive thru and walk in. I was at the third on the line, Shauna was the cashier at the time and she was rocking it on the busy hour and still give me the smile and apologized for the wait.

My husband waited at front counter for 10 minutes with service whatsoever. When he asked for help me was told,”We have to catch up on orders” with an aggressive tone. We will never go there again and went to another place across the street and they treated us respectfully.

One of the best Dunkins I’ve been to. I always go through the drive thru and it moves quickly, even if there is a line. My food is always made correctly and the employees are very kind and friendly! I’ve also noticed that the food is less greasy than some other Dunkins I’ve been to, which is a plus. I used to work at a Dunkin and from what I can tell this one is really well run! I love going here.
