I came here recently last Friday night. I was actually impressed with how quickly I was able to get in and out and how good the food was. Now, my typical experience at Wingstop is long waits even if you order online. I ordered 20 wings with 2 sides and a drink and came to pick it up 20 minutes later and it was ready! Another pleasant surprise was that in this night it wasn’t busy, the restaurant was also clean. This was my first time at this location.

Now, I would say check your food before you leave because they did miss my carrots, but I caught that before I left the restaurant, and it was corrected.

My wings were cooked very well and tasted great. I had the lemon pepper, which was a bit salty, but other than it was good; I had the Hot Honey flavors, which was very tasty and had a kick but nothing crazy. I also ate the mango habanero, which I liked. This wasn’t very spicy, but the flavor was delicious. The chicken was seasoned and fired perfectly

I know the reviews are poor for this spot, but my experience last Friday was pretty good, and I’ll be back. The service wasn’t bad either; the lady who greeted me , didn’t speak English the best, but she was helpful.

Again…. is this lemon pepper or plain? Because I cant tell…

New to this area and ordered about 8 times from this location. VERY CONSISTANT BUT CONSISTANTLY GETTING ORDER WRONG. I mean every single time! Third or so time complaining the assistant manager said “well maby this isn’t the place for you if we can’t accommodate your needs” and we don’t order anything extravagant at most ask for wet wings… and now under new management this lady is still employed there, and orders still getting messed up… what a surprise she was there tonight,

8 peice boneless lemon garlic (they got this right)

And 10 peice bone in Buffalo and lemon garlic (got this right)

Fries are hot and fresh this time but wings are cold to the touch, cold as in fridge cold and I only live 5 min. Away

…..3 months later… customer service still sucks. Nobody is smiling in the back, ate dine in and asked for a fork and got handed one swiftly with additude… dine in you get fully spaced wings but carry out its ALWAYS dry….

10 OUTTA 10 RECOMEND THE LEWISVILLE LOCATION!!!!!

Nothing is their fault. Tried to order online and it still goes through DoorDash. It does not tell you until after that the delivery is through DoorDash either. Orders go through and no one delivers. The “help” is just the store number where they tell you it’s a DoorDash issue. I don’t care, I didn’t get my food. Fix it

Additionally why does my refund take 3-5 days if you take my money immediately and don’t give me my food. Greedy corporation making it the employees problem.

I’m a 3 strikes and you are out kind of person. When this place first opened it was awesome. Fast service. Done right the first time and clean environment.

Now it’s nasty. Dirty, flies or mosquitos, orders always wrong.

I always order 8 piece combo all flats, 1/2 mild and 1/2 lemon dry rub easy seasoning and extra well done. I like it really crunchy.

Welp, anything but. Even when I tell them the receipt does not match what I ordered before they even start cooking and they tell me it will be taken care off.

They always bring me 6 instead of the 8 I ordered. They don’t want to give me my money back for the difference but instead put more wings on table that where not made the way I ordered.

Drowning in sauces instead of light. Under cooked instead of even well done. And now charging extra for all flats.

Let’s add to the fact that the employees don’t care and you can tell they are there only for the check and NOT customer service. No hello no goodbye. No how is it going…

Look behind the counter into the kitchen and you can tell it’s not sanitary.

I have to say the flies showed me better customer service than the employees. It knew I wanted to be left alone in peace to eat.

Not that I was able to eat it.

What a horrible experience. We ordered through DoorDash because we have a sick child at home and didn’t want to leave the house. When our order arrived, it was missing items — not even the fries were included — and the food that did come was cold.

I called the store, and while they said I could come pick up the missing fries, I was met with attitude. The whole point of ordering delivery was so I wouldn’t have to leave the house, yet I still had to drive there myself. When I finally got the fries, they had no seasoning and, unfortunately, came with another side of attitude.

This is by far one of the worst Wingstop locations we’ve dealt with. We try to give them another chance every time, but it’s consistently like this. Very disappointing experience.

this lady made me wait 20 minutes on the phone while trying to order before i decided to drive over there and place it, when i walk in she’s on facetime with her friend in the kitchen doing nothing while the other dude cooking everything up. i finnaly get my order and for some reason she just hella rude! i said nothing to her before this so whatever problems she got going on in her life aren’t my fault. these people get more rude and disrespectful everyday it truly baffles me how this woman has a job.

This company deserves a zero, if I could give them that option. I placed my order thirty minutes in advance and was told that my food would be ready in twenty minutes. However, when I arrived, I was still required to wait inside for thirty-five minutes, during which time the “manager,” who emerged from the restrooms, did not show me even the slightest bit of courtesy. The remaining staff members have to be the most disgusting people I have ever seen since they too kept handling the food with their bare hands—that is, without gloves—and rubbed their eyes and noses with the same hands.
My daughter ended up having food illness from their meal, and the next day she spent most of the day vomiting.
It goes without saying that I’m done with Wingstop forever! I would stay here even though I knew that someday this area would either make people very sick or cause some big serious health problems.

Wingstop at Crossroads has a very convenient schedule, which makes it easy to grab a meal whenever you’re craving wings. However, the overall dine-in experience leaves much to be desired. The cleanliness of the place was disappointing — the floor looked filthy and made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. Out of about seven tables, only three were occupied, and despite that, the maintenance of the area was poor. Additionally, the soda machine was extremely noisy, adding to the discomfort. While the wings were decent, the environment definitely took away from the experience. I hope they improve the upkeep of the dining area soon.

Edit, 6 months later: Tried super bowl day wing order. $79. Order was wrong. Fries have no seasoning whatsoever, and yes I ordered the regular amount, they were completely bone dry.

Original review: The past year this place has been declining in both service and quality. Past few orders have all been wrong, had to have them corrected. Service is pretty bad with employees that aren’t friendly. Fries aren’t even coming out with seasoning which means the staff didn’t prep food correctly or they just don’t care. Please train your cooks and staff on how to properly ensure quality food and good customer service.
