This is the Chick-fil-A that’s located inside the Dayton Mall. Now that the other Chick-fil-A location on Miamisburg Centerville Road is back open, business is back to normal at this location. While they still have a steady flow of customers it’s nothing like it was, so I’m back to getting Chick-fil-A every time I go to the mall! Ps, if you’re an app user that likes to order your food that way ahead of time, or if you use the doordash apps, I recommend you use this location because there is significantly less traffic!

I ate at the location located at the Dayton Mall in Dayton, Ohio. I ordered the 8 pc Chicken Nuggets, Medium Waffle French Fries, and Coke Zero. It was good, but I thought the Chicken Nuggets were rather small compared to other chicken nuggets. The people working were nice.

Bland, unhealthy, and flavorless. I simply don’t understand why people find this franchise appealing. The food is nothing special, so explain the lines? Do people believe fried chicken cooked in fatty oils is better for you than a lean hamburger cooked properly and made without artificial ingredients?

The food was good but the issue I had with my sandwich was they didn’t put tomatoes on. I ordered a classic and asked for the pickles and lettuce removed. I also asked for a large Chocolate shake and only received a medium. I paid for a chocolate. Other than that it was good

It’s the best chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken sandwich is 10/10 and they have the fresh hot food ready at your table before you can even sit down sometimes. Very peaceful too.
