Went through the drive-thru for a simple order literally a few minutes ago. Mind you it wasn’t busy, no other cars waiting. We ordered an iced caramel craze latte & 10 munchkins (half reg glazed & half chocolate glazed). My latte was harsh & not sweet at all & we were given a variety of munchkins instead of what was asked for. It’s extremely irritating even after the order was read back to us at the window, like how was it still wrong? Can’t drink my drink & won’t turn back out of my way to get it fixed since already made it to the expressway. SMFH Will be contacting them back for refund or credit.

I always get coffee here on my way to work. Got an iced coffee and drank a good portion until i noticed something dark in there and realized it was a cockroach. Made me sick to my stomach!! I tried submitting an email to costumer service but “coincidentally” their website has a glitch and wouldn’t let me submit a complaint so I had to post this here. Check your drinks and food from here!

I ordered a medium iced matcha latte with light ice, no room (meaning filled all the way to the top) and brown sugar.
I was charged for cold foam. I’m currently on a restricted diet where I can only have a limited amount of sugar so I couldn’t have the cold foam. Plus, I’m a student so I’m budgeting down to the penny.
When I asked for them to remake it, she scraped off the cold foam, added more milk and handed it to me.
As seen in the picture I attached to this review, there’s a full inch of space when I asked for no room.
I work in retail, therefore, I’m not an asshole.
I say please, thank you and I’m patient.
But it would’ve been nice if I didn’t have to ask multiple times for a refund on the cold foam.
I know $.75 isn’t much to a lot of people but it is to me. She said her manager wasn’t there so I was given cash.
Overall, I wish the experience was better. I know this isn’t the end of the world but I’m much less comfortable stopping by now.

I come here often to get some Ice Cream. The staff is very friendly and polite. Great Customer service everytime. Cecy is my favorite here. She always smiles, has a friendly personality, and provides great customer service. Overall, this is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location.

If I could give 0 stars for this Dunkn Donuts I would. I purchased a $40.00 gift card to replenish my Dunkn Donuts App and they sold me a Baskin Robbin’s card. I could not replenish my Dunkn Donuts App with this card. I went back into the store and was told that I could not use a gift card for the App. They were extremely rude. I told them that I do this all the time. They continued to be rude and told me that I was wrong and to call Dunkn Donuts customer service. I called and the customer service representative said I was correct and that I could upload the gift card to my app. The customer service representative told me that they should not of sold me a Baskin Robbin’s gift card. The customer service representative was extremely helpful.
Update – The owner of this store contacted me regarding my review and apologized sincerely for my experience and sent me a coupon for a free beverage. Thank you for your response!

Excellent place for hanging out with fnf. This is the biggest Dunkin I’ve been, with a lot of menu offerings. There’s cute tables for kids, and small stairs for kids to see the ice cream options. Moderately clean, staffs are well behaved. Highly recommend for big and small gathering. They also have a party room available for booking.

They are very shady. They first asked if I was paying cask or credit card. I said cash and the total was higher then I switched to credit card and asked for receipt and the total was less. This has happened twice with two different cashiers. The first one refused to give a receipt .
