It’s between the hours of 3:00pm & 3:30pm on June 15th I was helped by one of the rudest clerks I have ever came across I didn’t get her name because I didn’t want to add fuel to the fire but she’s a African-American woman her height can be around 5’7 -5’9 today she was wearing all black with a black visor and she has short dreads that was in a mid ponytail I went through the drive-through and I guess they had to make my food so they told me that they will bring it out to me. No problem. One of the Clarks brought out the wrong order. So I went inside to straighten it out when I enter the establishment, the rude clerk was counting money with her back turned when we made eye contact she turned around then turn back around with no acknowledgment and continue to count money, so I waited patiently for someone to help me eventually, she turns around after I was waiting there for help for 10 minutes she says DO YOU NEED SOMETHING with a very rude tone as if I was bothering her so I explained that I got the wrong order. She said nothing turned around thank God this young man came to help me and he says oh I have your order here. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am so sorry. The young man was so sweet. The rude Clark turns back around looks at me, then rolled her eyes so I told the young man thank you I appreciate your help then she started yelling at the staff. She called the staff stupid. And yelled at the nice gentleman that helped me and said why you just didn’t let her have the order I hope to God that she is Not management because no one deserves to work with someone like her just imagine going to work and being yelled at no one deserves that and I hope corporate see this complaint and does something about it because the rest of the crew was very nice but that African-American runs woman with the short dreads needs to be fired

My family and I visited here on Thursday 7th February. The place was clean. While we were waiting on our order I noticed these two teenagers boy and girl came in. A lady was sitting down. Before you know it, one threw a drink at her and ran off with her IPhone. She ran behind them but they darted across the road like Bolt…This is so sad and disgusting it happened so fast. Why cause distress? They said it on the news be careful with your phones and be alert. Be alert in your surroundings everyone. I hope Taco Bell has cameras. Needless to say we didnt eat there. What we ordered was good, I was not to fond of the cinnamon stuff.

I ordered in the drive through and they obviously gave me an Uber order that wa sitting there for way too long. That’s not a good look serving people cold food. Have some dignity in the work that you do. But then should I expect anything more from a taco bell, they don’t truly care about customer satisfaction anyway. That why the store has 3.7 stars in which id I would have known I would not have ordered from there. No worries you don’t have to worry about getting my business anymore. Just sad!

Terrible manager on duty. People employed there don’t have no sense of urgency. They had customers in the lobby waiting over 20 minutes. Max, got all of our orders wrong continuously and we’re just tending to drive-thru customers. I ordered a dorito taco and a regular size nacho fries and I did not get my order right.
