The chicken Parmesan wrap would’ve been great if you could bite into the chicken this chicken look like I’ve been sitting in the fryer and refried about 20 times. It was so hard. We couldn’t even eat half of it and it was only one strip.
The enemy my bag of ice told me it was gonna be five minutes to cook the chicken so now I got melted ice and hard chicken. That’s not even fresh not sure why they made me wait and the pretzel stick tasted like corn dog bread very disappointing. I usually love this location. Won’t be going back to this location till they get some new people.

The service here has declined. For the past 2 visits, there has been an issue. They actually sent this chicken sandwich out, with burnt buns(black). Apparently, the person who made the sandwich doesn’t care. Not sure what the problem is, but it needs to be corrected.

In the picture below, is my sandwich I received from this sonic location. As you can absolutely see, it is burned. Thankfully I checked the sandwich before leaving. I immediately pushed the button to speak with someone. I was rudely informed that this sandwich always comes like this. Now, I do not go to sonic very often, but I have had this sandwich several times. It has never looked like this. I cannot even believe they served this let alone claim that is how it’s suppose to be! The car hopper was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. That is the only reason I’m giving a star count at all.

The orange float i got was completely out of syrup was horrible tasting and my wife’s French vanilla coffee with added chocolate was inedible as well was overly bitter the tots were the only thing good.

The BBLT was a mystery. The bun was scorching hot but the bacon not so much The lettuce and tomato were wilted and icky, the bacon burned and it was just meh at best.
However, the Cherry Coke was AMAZING best I ever had.
