I tried the hot honey chicken biscuit and really enjoyed it. The biscuit was fresh—perfectly balanced, not too dry and not too doughy. The chicken was tender while still keeping that nice crispy breading, and the sweet-and-spicy mix of the honey and seasoning worked really well together.
The staff here were also very nice and helpful. My order was missing an item at first, but when I mentioned it they immediately apologized and even offered to remake my entire meal. I told them I was fine with just receiving the missing item, but I really appreciated how willing they were to make it right.
Overall, great food and great service. I really like this place and would definitely recommend it.

This location needs new management. They consistently mess up orders and put out low quality food while charging a premium price. These pics are from my order this morning. I didn’t get the cheese on my biscuit that I paid for and got brown wilted lettuce and a tomato that was just mush. I grew up eating Biscuitville and frequent this one often but I’m going to have to find somewhere else to get my breakfast. It’s simply not worth the money at this point.

Cameron, NC 28326.There was a young female employee, that we observed and she never stopped moving. She has some of the best work ethic that I’ve seen in a young lady. She greeted customers, was very energetic, and such a positive vibe. Although she didn’t serve us I tipped her because I wanted her to know her efforts are indeed being noticed. I even asked to speak to the manager to let him know what a great employee she is. Her name is Remi. I hope corporate reads these reviews because she deserves to be recognized.

Usually the food is good. Today, however, the biscuit was extremely dry. The paper it was wrapped in was easier to chew. The thing is, with a name brand like Biscuitville, the one thing that should be excellent is the biscuit.

The food is really good! Their breakfast sandwiches are one of my favorites! The service leaves something to be desired. I don’t know if they were understaffed or not but long wait to order and get food. They need more people running the register (other than 1 person).

Had the turkey egg and cheese sandwich and hasbrown patty. Not fantastic but took the edge off. The hash brown was a bit stale not crispy like McDonald’s. A bit pricier than expected as well. Drivethu so no input on atmosphere.
