The folks at the Channahon location are always friendly and engaging! My favorite barista is Lilly ❤️My food and/or drink order is always done quickly and with a smile. The location itself is clean. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

This Starbuck’s does their best to get it right. Their Chai Lattes and Matchas taste better than any Starbucks I’ve been to within 30 miles of Channahon. You can tell their Baristas pay attention to detail and even when they make a mistake which is bound to happen given the amount of orders and customized drinks thst are made, they are more than willing to make it right. I can’t ask for more than that.
To top it off, some of the staff have some great personalities and are just so down to earth and easy to converse with. Shout out to Lilly making the hot drinks so quick and yummy, Hannah who makes the second best Matcha and Jamie who is just so down to earth that you have to smile when you see her. Keep up the great work!

It is pretty rare that I leave reviews for chain café-house. But this Starbucks definitely deserves one good review. I have been holding my interviews at this location for the new local business establishment. I spend most of my days here sometimes. Employees are always friendly, and the environment is clean. Not to mention my favorite delicious cold brew I get from them every morning.

Visited this location twice and had the same order both times, a black cold brew. When visiting the second time the coffee tasted burnt and afterwards I had severe heartburn. I suspect that I was served leftover iced coffee instead of legitimate cold brew. Will not be revisiting this location when in the area.
