My great niece took me to a belated birthday dinner at Paisanos Italian Restaurant. Belated because of me having to have surgery, and a later bloodwork appointment. There was a nice crowd, but not too crowded. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated. After looking at the menu I decided on the fried chicken Parmesan with a side of spaghetti. It comes with a Greek or Caesar salad and garlic bread. The chicken was breaded and fried just a little too crispy, not a lot of seasoning to the chicken breast itself, but it was ok. The spaghetti cooked well. The description on the menu was better than it actually looked plated. The presentation of the food was a fried chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and sauce spooned over it with a side of spaghetti with sauce spooned over it. The salad was iceberg lettuce with one cherry tomato, two Kalamata Olives with crumbled feta cheese and Italian dressing. Our waiter was very friendly and got us what we needed and checked on us often. I’m glad that I got the opportunity to dine at this restaurant. I appreciated and enjoyed spending time with my great niece and her son. The food was only ok to me, but I would go back and try some thing else on the menu.

Not only is the food excellent at Paisanos, but the staff is exceptional. I ordered a take out that turned out to be quite heavy. Hailee offered to help me carry it to the car!! As I have had shoulder surgery, that was an absolutely wonderful offer. Not only that, when she took my order, she clearly understood that I had very little time to order, so she helped me through the process. Hailee is so personable, so efficient, so helpful, so service minded that I will continue to go to Paisanos every time that I can!

Great find. First time I tried this restaurant since most of the others in the area were closed on Sunday. Family/casual feel, friendly and fast service, lots of options on the menu, fresh food, fair prices and good portions.

Our food was delicious! Very hot and fresh and very generous portions. We went on a Friday night for dinner and had no problem waiting on a table-you could tell that the staff was working as hard as they could to serve their customers.

Our favorite dishes are the Meatballs Pasta, Steak or Chicken Salad, Kids Pasta with Marinara, and Pizza ! Best pizza in town as well! We are new to the area and have tried so many pizza places. This is by far the best pizza we’ve had since we’ve lived here. The housemade dressing is amazing! The Greek salad was good. The sauce on the pizza has a great flavor and the cheese too! Definitely would recommend and will be coming back!

Food is always good, but the service tonight was terrible. I get you may be short staffed and that’s fine, but when the bill was brought to our table of three I asked if I could get it split and got told “yes but it’ll take a bit longer” with attitude and supposedly got an eye roll. (usually waiters/waitresses ask before the bill is brought). I never asked for anything the entire meal other than a to-go box so this was baffling.
I love this restaurant, but this experience hindered my perception and I’ll think twice before choosing it next time above others in the area.
