I ordered a medium tenders meal and they took 25 minutes to get it, even though I ordered on the app, and still forgot my drink. Wait time to speak to anyone was ridiculous as well. It’s not the first time this has happened. My fries were cold. The people are friendly but ultimately inefficient, or maybe it’s just management.

Ofc I liked the food and stuff, but it gets a bad rating from me because I ordered I mini Oreo McFlurry, and they didn’t even mix it. They just put the Oreo crumbs on top, so it was basically just vanilla ice cream with Oreo crumb topping. Scottsbluff always getting it right, so go there instead of Gering.

We had a small drive through order. We had to pull over to wait for our food. We could get no soda as they were completely out of C02 (they were out of co2 about two weeks ago also and didn’t serve soda for over a week). So we asked for an iced tea. They eventually brought the food, but no drink. They went back in to get the unsweetened tea requested and never returned. When we went in to get our drink, we were told that they only had sweet tea. So no one was going to come tell us and they were just going to leave us in the drive through? The manager said that she would refund the drink price. We paid cash. She said she couldn’t refund it in cash because she didn’t have enough money in the drawer…
This store has been terrible in every way for the last few months. They’re always out of things or the quality of food is poor. The chicken was rubbery and they didn’t get the burger order right.

I normally only go during the morning or day and have always had a good experience. But tonight I sat in the drive through for ten minutes with no service. There were also three cars behind me waiting. A staff member threw the trash and saw customers waiting, we still didn’t receive service. A staff member also went to wipe tables and saw the cars pulling in and still we received no service. I left without ever receiving service and as staff members watched me drive away with smiles on their faces.

Ordered door dash and there was no nuggets in the happy meal and two drinks were missing. Waste of money to pay for delivery and then have to go to the store only to be given attitude from a front lady (possibly manager) when she said “sorry about that”. It is rare to get a correct order from McDonald’s anymore. Likewise the food quality has diminished a lot. I can’t imagine it’s just me having bad luck. We won’t be customers moving forward.

I went here using the app and ordered at my table which the app says “We’ll bring it you the table #119 in a few moments.” Sitting there I hear them say 119, not thinking much of it, and then look down and see table 119 and go up there and ask is this for me, and they said yes and that was the table service I received. I know my mother lives in Gering and says in her words “Not surprised – the gering one sucks”.

Prepare to meet the future! After weeks of the remodel I stopped in to see what was new. Well, a lot is new. In particular, you now order at a computer kiosk via touch screen. You grab a tent with a number on it and your food is magically delivered.
A nice young man greeted me and walked me through how to order at the kiosk. It will only take one time before you’re good to go.
You can still order the old fashioned way…for now.
