The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The rolls were well balanced.
Next time I’ll skip the suimais and crispy rice sushis altogether and instead have more of the maki tuna and maki salmon.
The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The staff made sure everything was just right and were happy to offer recommendations.
The major downside was the service. They state a 90 minute order policy. I went with my family and after we finished our second round at the 45 minute mark, we were told that the third order would be our last call. Which clearly makes no sense as we have 45 minutes of eating left. After speaking to our waiter we were told we could squeeze in a 4th if we ate quickly. This similar interaction happened another time when I went with my girlfriend, and we were told the same thing with 30+ minutes of our service left. The service could really be a lot better, I didn’t enjoy being pressured through my meal especially when we weren’t even near the time limit.
Overall the food is great, the service however definitely needs to improve.
The main downside was the all you can eat policy. It felt kind of annoying and confusing, with rules that were not explained clearly upfront. That made the experience feel more complicated than it needed to be and took away from enjoying the meal fully.
Overall, JingHe is still a good place for sushi with decent service and quality food, but the confusing all you can eat setup holds it back from being a higher rating.
I do not normally go to AYCE places but this one was worth the price and variety.
On a Thursday, mad busy. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait.
We ordered a bit of everything.
My top picks:
Yellowtail Hamachi
Salmon Yuzu
Toro
Steak Hibachi
Runner Ups:
Crispy Rice Apps – too much sauce (ask for less)
Eel – more char pls
Salmon belly – more char pls
The rest were solid. I didn’t really have a bad bite so if you can’t decide on what you want, this place would satisfy your most of your sushi cravings.
According to their rules, each person gets up to three rounds of orders, with up to 20 selections from the menu per round, which is plenty of food. The food quality was great—the fish was fresh, and the rice was nice and soft.
We will definitely go there again and highly recommend trying this place. The all-you-can-eat sushi menu is $39 per person.
Like some other reviews mentioned, we felt rushed as only about 60 minutes in, we were provided our check but had yet to receive items from the previous round.
When it comes to the food, the quality wasn’t bad—it’s definitely edible and there’s a decent variety of, nigiri, sushi rolls and other dishes on the menu. However, for my family and me, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations we had. As a family that values the freshness and quality of fish, we found the sushi to be a bit lacking in that department.
If you’re looking for a fun, laid-back spot to grab a bite with friends or family, JingHe could be a solid option.
Highly recommend this place!!!
