The food was so good! The Manager was great and staff was super friendly! Probably the best McAlister’s meal we’ve had. We usually go to Medical Center, but today we ordered from Memorial and there are zero regrets!

I recently used McAlister’s Deli to cater lunches for a corporate event. This involved 47 deliveries to locations in and around Nashville and over 900 meals delivered. Casey and Hope were the dream team to coordinate this event! I could not have asked for a smoother process! Thank you again ladies for going above and beyond to make my job easier!

My girlfriend and I went to McAlister’s off Memorial today 3/10/24 and received the worst sandwiches for any price someone could pay… my sandwich featured no turkey on half the sandwich, and 3-4 tiny shavings on the other half… 2 little chips which weren’t doing anything for the “crunch” of the sandwich because they were drowned in mayo…. Speaking of mayo, there was so much on this sandwich it made the bread soggy and shiny… Not to mention just two sandwiches and two lemonades costed us just shy of $40… we will not ever be returning to this location and we were repeat regulars.

Witnessed a horrifying violation of food safety protocol tonight. I I placed an order online and when I arrived they let me know that they had to remake my order so it would be a bit of a wait, which I was fine with. But then as I was waiting, I watched two staff members bag and take out the trash only to come back in and finish preparing orders without washing their hands. When I requested that they wash their hands or use gloves before touching my food, they were visibly annoyed. The guy in the kitchen (Joey?) was more concerned with clowning around than doing his job. When the new hire up front double checked that the chili in my order was vegetarian, he responded “I don’t know I think so”. When the girl up front called back to him to check on the status of my order he yelled back that he didn’t know what cheese to use, and when I responded that I ordered everything how it comes on the menu, the girl at the counter got an attitude with ME and told me to just pick something. Total lack of professionalism and safety. I will not be eating at this location anymore. Management needs to reconsider the talent they have on this team.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. I heard about what happen with Mel. Yall are TOTALLY wrong for that. Mel made that store run immaculately. Like clock work. I come in during the evening after work and on the weekends. The service, food and employees SUCK!!! I only started coming back during the daytimes when I can because of Mel. I now will NO LONGER be coming to your store. I will ALSO be telling ALL my friends you all got rid of the BEST employee who ACTUALLY knows what she’s doing and who ACTUALLY cares about her service, store and customers!!!

For some reason, I always forget McAlister’s exists. And then, randomly, I’ll get a craving for a bread bowl. I’m pretty sure McAlister’s is the only place that offers soup in bread bowls. Good soup at that.

Great soups, good tea’s, nice variety of sandwiches to choose from. A little bit of everything.

I would say the prices are fair. I receive decent customer service, nothing to complain about.

That’s McAlister’s for ya. Nothing really stands out, it’s kind of forgettable, but when you do remember it, they don’t disappoint.

Not a bad place to eat. I wish they would bring back the tuna sandwich. The peach tea however, is great!

My $130 lunch order was ready for pick up on time. Staff was very kind and brought it to my car, as requested.
However, extremely disappointed in the quality of food. Sandwiches were literally burnt and sparse with the toppings and the avocados in my salad were rotten.
Quality control was completely lacking today.
Please see pictures for details… and what it should have looked like…I do not plan to order from here again anytime soon. Very disappointed!!!
