I recently had a pizza here and it was amazing. The pizza was baked perfectly – not too soft, not too hard, just right. You can really taste how fresh everything is, from the dough to the sauce and even the veggies. They were very generous with the toppings.
The restaurant itself was very clean and gave a good impression. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better.

I absolutely loved my experience with this location. Food was amazing — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The environment was warm, clean, and very welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The owner is very friendly, and the girl working there was also doing a great job — very polite and attentive. I recently had the butter chicken pizza at Pizza Pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was flavorful, the sauce was perfectly balanced, and the crust was just right. So much better than the other pizza places in Georgetown. We got 2 pizzas, 3 sodas, and a dipping sauce for a really great price. Service while ordering on the phone was great, the woman was very nice. Pizzas were ready fast. Plus my girlfriend who is gluten free loves the cauliflower crust. Great place! This new location rocks!

So I’m extremely picky and like things a certain way and I always have strange orders. The store went out of their way to call and confirm my order details. This literally never happens at other locations. The new location here in Georgetown is super nice and the man serving me was super friendly. First time ordering from the new locations as I don’t live in town anymore. And extremely satisfied with their customer service and the pizza was obviously great, because they took the time to make it exactly how I like it. Thank you!

I don’t know what’s going on with this Pizza Pizza but we have had some weird things happening. First, we’ve had orders where we paid through the app, and our delivery person would try to convince us that we pay at the door via e-transfer to a personal email.
Secondly, my sister was extorted at her home door after the delivery driver failed to provide her the correct order. The delivery man waited at the door, told her that he will wait there until she agreed to make the call, and watch her make the call to reverse her previous complaint about not receiving her initial order.
This is completely unacceptable behaviour! No delivery driver should intimidate their customers into reversing a complaint about a mistake, especially when you’re a grown man intimidating a young woman!

The pizza tasted amazing— the flavors were on point! However, the presentation could use improvement. I ordered an XXL, but it was sliced into very large pieces, which made it a bit uncomfortable to eat. I also had a half veggie / half chicken combo, and it wasn’t sliced evenly. Additionally, the onions were not spread properly, and the toppings were cut into large pieces, so I had to cut them into smaller pieces myself.
Overall, great taste, but better slicing, topping size, and distribution would make the experience much more enjoyable.
