I love this place! It’s my favorite “quick breakfast” spot. Their bagels and bagel sandwiches are awesome. Their staff is friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I’m just so happy that they finally reopened their dine in area. This is a great spot to meet up with someone you met online, or if you want to briefly discuss something with someone over coffee. If you are there a bit, you do come out smelling like food, but it’s a small price to pay for great coffee and bagels. Two thumbs up .

The inside is as unwelcome as the outside. Could not tell if it was open till I tried the door. The workers seemed very blah and business only. The young man did not make me feel welcome and just wanted to get me in and out. It was terribly slow on a Sunday morning! Teach them how much their interactions dictate customers return. Bagels were fine. Thanks!

Drove home and found out they completely messed up my order (like the lox, bacon, etc I paid extra for). I came back to the store and it was packed, had to wait in line forever for their mistakes. Lots of better bagel shops around so probably won’t be coming back again.

Seeing as my work is so close to this location, I’m in here at least a few times a week, and I’m absolutely pleased to say that the folks who run this location are lovely. Not only do they know and greet me by name, their service has always been exceptionally fast and I’ve never been late getting back from lunch. The location itself is very tidy and clean, and they’re very gracious even when I have to come in a little clossr to close: overall, the Einstein Bro’s on woodmen is lovely!!

At the risk of sounding old, I must say, “what is wrong with this generation?” I walked into the Einsteins I have been a customer since they opened in 2015. Today I was practically assault and bombarded by a defensive, acne covered girl with the high pitched shrilling voice of Minnie mouse, when I quietly asked her to pull my two everything bagels from the back of basket because the front ones were burned on top. Instead, she launched and I MEAN LAUNCHED into a defensive rant even trying to pull the baker into it. I tried to deescalate by softly saying, it’s fine, pls don’t argue I just don’t want burned bagels. But she continued to carry on arguing. In my youth I would have been fired if I had ever antagonized a customer like that. It had me fleeing out the door, shaking my head while mumbling to myself, “horrible, horrible.” Clearly they don’t need my business anymore, happy to take it elsewhere.

The Cinnamon Sugar Bagel with Honey Almond Cream Cheese was tasty. The Chorizo Breakfast Burrito was decent in size and had decent flavor. Their prices are slightly high in my opinion. >$4 bagel and >$7 burrito. The staff could improve on their service. I had a mobile order ahead, walked to the counter, told the person at the register where I was informed there was an order ahead of me and it would be out shortly. I took a seat and waited. After 15 minutes I got up to glance at the “pick up” area and saw my name there. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me my order was complete, just sat it out there and expected me to know mine was done (along all the other bagged orders sitting there). Will return to Einstein for their food, but will go to a different location.
