Always looking for good dumplings and noodles.
Seemed to be highly recommended by other reviewers.
Got a variety of dishes, most of which we did enjoy, some we did not at all.
Service was a little bit inattentive – we started out as two persons plus a toddler, then were joined by one more.
No one came to give an additional plate or cup, even though we were directly in front of the servers’ stations.
I had to flag waitresses down to get them.
Food came out in a quick fashion.
The Juicy chicken dumpling had a hard thickness to the wrapping that was not edible at all. I expected more broth gushing out after one bite but barely got any. *5/10
Steamed chicken, chive & Shrimp dumplings were mostly okay, served with a hoisin type sauce. *6/10
Fried potato string wrapped shrimp – *6/10
Crispy beef roll – tender thin sliced beef with chive wrapped in a crispy pancake like wrap. *8/10
Dry fried string beans were probably the best dish for this meal – loved the garlicky and sweetish flavor. *8/10
Cold smashed cucumber salad also good – with a hint of spice from thinly sliced red chilies. *8/10
Shrimp fried rice was a heaping plate of rice with peas, carrots, shrimp. **8/10
Wontons in chili oil were tender, with just enough heat – not overly spicy. So good we got two orders of these. **9/10
Braised Beef with noodle (the type that should be spicy and also savory with star anise/licorice flavor ) – I was not at all pleased with the flavor – seemed to be quite watered down or something .
Condiments on the table if you want to add more chili oil or vinegar.
I got a hot citron tea – not refillable.
I know we usually end up ordering so many dishes, but it’s really the only way to test the menu.
Overall, okay food – they are in a plaza with numerous other fast casual dining options.
Right next to a Courtyard Marriot hotel and down the street from a huge Costco.
Outdoor dining tables available but not sure how that serving situation would be.

We absolutely love this place! We’ve been to many Asian restaurants, from Dubai to NYC, and this one, albeit simple, it’s up there with the best. The food is great! Five stars!

My family and I recently decided to try the Juicy Dumpling Factory in Cypress recently after a trip to Disney, and we are sure glad we did. The food here was absolutely amazing. We tried a variety of menu items, including the beef roll, the juicy chicken and juicy dumplings, the scallion pancakes, and the fried green beans, and each item was just as delicious as the next. We’re definitely planning on visiting again soon to try some of the items we didn’t get to order this time around. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

Look out Din Thai Fung, there’s a new place in town! The food here was nothing short of Amazing! We had some chicken soup dumplings, pan fired dumplings, stir fried cabbage, cucumber salad, potato string shrimp, and king pao chicken. Every dish was just mouth watering delicious. I really can’t say enough about it. The next day I could wait to eat the leftovers. The service was also great. It was a team effort by the whole staff to deliver the food as soon as it was done, nice and hot to our table and making sure our drinks were topped off. I only hesitate to give a glowing review because I don’t want this place to ever get too busy.

Are these the juiciest dumplings in OC? My personal favorite is the pan fried pork and corn crispy potstickers. They’re Juicy, savory, and sweet.
Juicy dumpling factory in cypress is a din tai feng dupe but with no frills and so much more affordable. If you’re craving soup dumplings, say less. Their Dan Dan noodles are also coated so well and the perfect chewy texture. If you haven’t had beef rolls before I highly recommend trying it especially topped with chili oil .
They also have a giant beef noodle soup for only $15.50. Not the best broth but the beef is very tender and I like the noodles and for the price it’s very worth it.

Juicy Dumpling Factory is your spot to satisfy your XLB cravings and sooo much more! The Dan Dan noodles are chewy and spicy. The green beans are tasty and has a bite that isn’t soggy . The Orange Chicken hits the spot along with the Sweet and Sticky spare ribs. The chili wontons are just perfect along with those crispy laced pan fried dumplings and those juicy soupy dumplings. The beef roll pancake is flakey and tasty. They do use white meat in all the chicken dishes which is ehhh for me but you might love.
The service is amazing along with a spacious high ceiling inside. I am so happy Juicy Dumpling Factory is in Cypress now! Definitely come check them out!

*pork dumplings, meh, less flavorful than expected, wrap a bit thick.
*mapo tofu, much too salty, bummer
*sesame cold noodles, meh, too much garlic, too shy with sesame sauce
*beef rolls, winner!
Price point about right.
