Justice was amazing! We love her. So kind, so caring, just went above and beyond for us. For someone her age, she was extremely mature and cared about her job and the customers. It was just kind of a frustrating experience. I go to Moe’s litterally all over this whole country. I love Moe’s. But when I went in and asked for a stack , not any of it was made correctly. And the girl behind the counter just didn’t seem like she was trained well or knew or cared about exactly was going on. My food that usually grilles long enough to melt the cheese on the inside was cold and not melted. Again after driving allll day long and finally stopping to eat this was kinda of just a huge disappointment and wish I spent my money somewhere else especially comparing it to the experience I have everywhere else at other Moe’s

I hardly ever leave reviews but this feb. 6th at 8:00 p.m. left me in shock.
As soon as you walk in it takes no time at all to see the types of people working at this location and the service/quality of food you will receive if you choose to brave the unusually long wait time with oddly no one in line…
The girl was friendly and seemingly efficiently working but you could tell she was bearing the weight of the load of this shift…
The two males with her… I don’t know where to begin. Was this some kind of joke that went wrong? I can’t imagine anyone would hire these guys. Clueless, slow, incompetent and completely unprofessional laughing at each other as they continue to ”dealing” with customers.
Who is in charge of this place. Management must be missing completely. Like they just left the place unlocked and some randos came in to try to make some money acting like they are working in a fast food place. Sad
Really miss being near a moes with good management. I put all blame on management for this not the employees.

Friendly and welcoming staff. My only problem was a staff member touching his nose with his gloves on, however someone else finished my burrito before he could contaminate it. I’m not sure if the other staff caught what I saw or not but I was lucky and still enjoyed the burrito. The price is a tad bit more than worth it though.

Stopped by for a dinner with family. Menu is interesting and very similar to Chipotle in every aspect and the similarity just ends there.
Disappointed at the quality of the food. Chips are so stale, couldn’t eat after the first bite. Noticed the same, leaking out chips,among all the tables dining in when we were visiting.
Salsa bar is a good idea and helpful, compared to Chipotle. But the salsa isn’t good and far cry if I were to compare with Chipotle.
The food was average at best. Lack of taste, how it was prepared, and tasted at the end. Not a good impression at all and most likely not going to visit any Moe’s ever again.

We walked in with a party at six. The lady behind the counter told us she was going to do an online order and then it’ll be right with us. Over four minutes of waiting and no other words spoken, we walked out. Disgusting customer service. Would never go here again.

I haven’t been to a Moe’s Southwest Grill in a long time so wanted to check it out again… I really wanted to give them a 5 Star review But… I went for lunch and was excited to order and eat my meal, however, when I took the first bite and a couple other bites after that, of my burrito I was sorely disappointed in that the rice, beans, chicken was just cool to lukewarm… I was expecting it to be hot since at a glance I saw steam coming up from some of the trays. The tortilla chips were very greasy so we just threw them out.
Staff and clientele wore masks and place was clean, however, I also felt very rushed when trying to decide what to put in my burrito (only one other person was behind me in line – my lunch friend).
Not sure I’ll be back.

Everything about this place screams “DO NOT GO”!!! The staff is terrible, we walked in and nobody welcomed us, all the employees where in the back doing who knows what; when I went I was with family and friends, I’m not sure if they saw what I did but I immediately told them I’m not going to eat after what I saw! BABY ROACHES ON THE FOOD TABLES! SEND THE HEALTH INSPECTOR ASAP!!!! I wish I could post pictures! Don’t go to this Moes, you will be disappointed

This location is convenient to where I live and I love the queso. I also love the ability to order online so I can see the customization of my order and being a Moe’s Member has saved me a few bucks, which I appreciate. However, this is the second time I’ve ordered online for pickup from the Town Center location and when I walk in, past the time order should be ready for pickup, it’s not ready. The young men and women working here don’t seem to care about creating an efficient flow to keep orders moving along. I patiently waited for my order to be prepared and when I got it I looked through it to make sure it had everything I paid for. The young lady had put everything in the paper bag containing the chips, including the cold, wet apple juice box. Now why the hell you do that?! This is probably my last time at this Moe’s.

They remodeled the dining room. They have the Coke machine where you can combine whatever flavors you want. Love it! Service is always good. I had the Chicken Club Quesadilla (grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce and Ranch dressing.) This place is bigger and has better service than Chipotle. Chipotle is loud and they rush out
