My wife loved the Pescara it was great and the Meatball Hoagie w/ sauce and provolone was very delicious “Bomb” it was for my grandson but I stole a bite and I had the #1 Italian Hoagie it was very good as well , I will try the Schwartzie next. Only thing they didn’t tell me there were coupons inside the menu. So I will be asking for the $3 difference on my next order .

This was my second time having Primo’s. My first time was at the location in the strip district. I received the same great customer service here as I did there. food tasted good and fresh. My only complaint is that the sesame bread was burnt on our sandwiches.

I really hate to leave a review like this, but I think this is the worst buffalo chicken hoagie I’ve ever had…. the bread wasn’t really toasted, and the chicken was soggy as heck. Nothing crunchy texture wise at all. If all you do it hoagies, you should be able to put buffalo chicken on bread and make it tasty.

First time customer, ordered a primo on the go box for guys on a local job site. After I cancelled the order at 10am, I called back in a panic at 10:30 and reordered the box. Each time I called I was met with extremely wonderful customer service. They were able to make the box quickly, actually faster than I expected. We are talking making around 16 hoagies not one or 2. . They went above and beyond to accommodate us after my error. Not only supplying the huge box of food but throwing in some extras. Hoagies were delicious and my workers were happy and full. Will definitely recommend and order again when in the area.

I have gone here twice. I have been going to other franchises for years, and I really enjoy their hoagies. The first time I went, the meat was not even and not enough oil for me. Too dry of a hoagie. The second time I went, I asked for extra oil. The meat was even, but again, the hoagie is still to dry even when asking for extra oil. I still recommend them and will go back because their hoagies are delicious.

Really solid food from a new chain in the area! Featuring a service similar to Jersey Mike’s, they offer more options, more ingredients, and come out at a similar price. My supremo and whacked chicken were delicious. And there’s plenty more I want to try.
