Loved the place. Great place to focus and get your work done. The atmosphere is calm and serene and you can spend quite some time. Getting to the place can be a little tricky but manageable. The place was not too crowded. The coffee was good, enjoyed it. Not a lot of places in Charlotte with this vibe

Happy to see this Minnesota based chain has finally made it to the Piedmont area of North Carolina! Great atmosphere with great customer service. Plenty of seating and plenty of parking. Stop in for a quick caffeine fix or sit down and stay awhile…

This newly open Caribou Coffee is amazing. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Lyric, Aalia, Cadd and Ben are very professional, very courteous, accommodating, and they were constantly cleaning and making sure the cafe was in the best shape. And the Matcha tea Latte that I had was made to perfection. I will definitely be back multiple times. Thanks Team. You all rocked it, today.

I’m deeply disappointed with Caribou Coffee. While the coffee itself is decent, that’s where the positives end for me. Based on what I’ve seen and experienced, the company’s values come across as lacking basic human empathy and aligned with views that I personally find racist and deeply troubling.
I don’t feel comfortable supporting a business whose morals and priorities are so out of sync with my own. Coffee isn’t just coffee when the company behind it appears indifferent to people and communities. Because of this, I will not be patronizing Caribou Coffee again, no matter how “okay” the drinks are. Values matter—and theirs don’t pass the test for me.

I got a blueberry lemonade and it tasted like straight SPARKLING WATER so we asked for more flavoring and it wasnt better so we just got a strawberry lemonade and it tasted like STARBUCKS .and I got a cookies and cream and it’s amazing definitely recommend and the matcha tasted like grass said my sister she has to ask for more vinalla and we got the cheddar bacon egg sandwich was very good !

The ambiance is cozy as the staff is friendly especially the manager. I am trying out the menu items, so far my favorites are matcha frozen bubble, caramel high cooler, maple waffle sandwich, Ham, eggs and Swiss croissant.

What an incredible experience here at this character coffee everybody makes me a few loved. Everybody knows me my name. They even know my standing order so it’s just awesome, How they really make you feel wanted they make you feel truly part of the “Caribou coffee Family” and I just love their attitude so incredible. A very inviting and comfortable interior layout; with b leather couches and gas fireplace; i can always can count on a smooth low acid drip coffee and a delicious slice of lemon cake in this incredibly comfortable location, that is fully staffed with attentive and helpful baristas, the back area filled with tables and plenty of electrical outlets is also a nice touch for anyone looking to work in that quiet corner of the place

Ordered the pumpkin shaker and the pumpkin syrup for some reason tasted like dirt?? (maybe don’t order that flavor lol) So, I went up and asked if it would be possible to request another with another syrup and they were extremely accommodating. I was so embarrassed to have to return the other drink but they were very understanding. Carmel apple flavor was much better:) just egg sandwich was reallllllyyy good too
