I ordered from the Panera on Shalks Crossing and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They called me saying they were out of sausage because the truck was late. Fine, things happen. I said okay to bacon instead. The guy said he’d throw in a free pastry for the inconvenience. Cool.
I work 7 minutes away and my order was delayed six different times. It took a whole hour to get to me. They sent me a $5 coupon, which I appreciated, but when the food finally came… it was a mess.
First of all, no pastry. Not even in the bag. Then I open my sandwich and it’s literally two super thin pieces of bacon cut in half. I couldn’t even taste the bacon — it was basically an egg and cheese on a thick Asiago bagel. I waited an hour for that?
They didn’t have what I ordered, the “replacement” was sad, they forgot the pastry they promised, and delivery took forever for a 7-minute distance.
I’m honestly really disappointed. The whole thing was just not it.

Happened twice. At the same time i saw employees bringing order to other tables.
But my order had to be picked up from counter.
Before judging, hear me out. I visit with toddler. I cannot leave him on table alone to pick up food at the counter. Thats why i choose dine in.

Ever since Panera’s new menu changes, my family and I have been eating here a lot less. It is really disappointing that they don’t have several of our favorite items any longer and when you do order, the portions are particularly small. I got the loaded baked potato soup for the first time this past week and it’s some of the worst soup I’ve ever had. I literally felt like I waseating gravy. I threw 90% of the soup away. I wish Panera would go back to its original menu as I am dissatisfied with the current options. The main redeeming thing my family loves are the candy cookies.
I wrote this review two years when Panera’s menu was at its best: We are in love with these two selections (fairly new within the last several months). BBQ salad with chicken and BBQ chicken sandwich. These are my husbands and I’s new favorite.

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Panera Bread locations but today was my first experience of ordering on line and having curbside delivery during our “ new normal” as a result of the shutdown of all interior dining . I was very impressed by the speed of the masked and gloved waiter bringing out our bag of salads and soup and after checking to make sure that I was the person who ordered the food, delivering the shopping bag to me as I sat in my car.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and sandwich. There is more noodle and only 3 or 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I did not have the same experience in east Windsor or Hamilton.

The food itself is ok, usual Panera chain. I have to mention this particular location, constantly see people waiting, I usually place the order in advance and then pick up so no needed to spend much time waiting. Although I did have to waited today for someone to help me get a tray for the drinks but there was only one lady and she do not even have time to check on the front desk
