Amazing oysters and great menu! Lots of wine options too. The lobster risotto was incredible! Just a heads up for anyone going for the buck-a-shuck special — they listed four types of oysters on the menu, but only one variety is actually included in the $1 deal. Regardless it was very delicious and we will be back!

Monday night and all bar seats were filled. We enjoyed raw bar and a calamari pizza and crème brûlée – all excellent! Service was very friendly and attentive.

This is one place you don’t want to miss. The fried calamari is some of the best we’ve had, anywhere. The paella was magnificent. Old fashions were spot on, as were the expresso martinis. Small and intimate spot, but some of the best service we’ve seen in the Providence area. Do yourself a favor and dine with them. You’ll not be disappointed.

Always fresh and absolutely delicious seafood! I’m a huge fan of their daily “Buck-a-Shuck” specials—an unbeatable deal. The food, service, and charming atmosphere make every visit a delight. Quaint yet inviting, Greenwich Bay Oyster Bar is, hands down, one of my favorite seafood restaurants in Rhode Island. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is special. Totally exceeded expectations and was exactly what we were looking for during our New England vacation. You can’t miss when ordering here. The raw bar was extraordinary, oysters were all among the best I’ve ever had and I ate about 2 dozen. The lobster risotto was decadent. The mussels perfect. On top of everything, the service was on par with the food. Some serious pros at the helm here with Michael shucking oysters non stop and John steering the ship. They both made us feel valued and welcome, inquiring about our lives and answering all our questions about seafood. Thank you gentlemen! Might even come here tomorrow before our flight it was that good. 5/5 stars all around!

I was in Warwick for a weekend and really wanted oysters. This was about 10 minutes from the hotel and I liked the happy hour discount.

I was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience from the food to the atmosphere. I got 12 oysters on the shell and some lobster bisque and walked out around 40 bucks.

However the best part outside of the service were the people I met. I sat at the bar and the people next to me on both sides where incredibly nice and willing to share their food with me. One ordered a scalloped shrimp gnocchi and I took some bites. It was great.

A must do place if you are nearby.

The food here is always absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious. Oysters on rotation fresh and quickly delivered, and can’t choose which calamari is best (kidding it’s the sticky calamari hands down). I’ve gone for years now ordering the lobster risotto, paella, shrimp scampi, fried oysters, and the swordfish — all delicious but the lobster risotto is number one. On top of this, the owner is friendly, passionate, and the staff are great/on it. Anytime I’m in town, this is a must go.

My sister lives in Rhode Island I’m a foodie. We came here for Buck a Shuck and dinner. We ordered 2 dozen oysters, snail salad and the stuffed Lobster. All were amazing. I have not seen conch on a menu before so it’s a must try if you like conch. The stuffed Lobster was great with the scallops and Shrimp with light crumbs. Service was good. I would definitely be back again!

Outstanding food and service every time I’ve been.

Staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The tuna dinner is bar none one of the best meals I’ve had out and it has taken great effort to order anything else off the menu but with out fail I’ve had a great meal. The appetizers and raw bar are also excellent, with the former being well portioned.

Their cocktails are also quite good and fairly priced. It’s a small space but never overly loud and gives an intimate atmosphere.

It’s absolutely a case of “you get what you pay for” as entrees are not cheap but also not at all unreasonable for the quality of food.

Oyster bar and restaurant on Main Street in East Greenwich. Get there early as it’s a small place and fills up quickly, especially for the buck a shuck happy hour. Great local oysters and bartenders! Love the smaller bar and watching them shuck. Food is great, a bit pricey, but worth it. Ambience is special as a small upscale bar and restaurant. Parking can be a challenge on Main Street. No live music but a great experience!
