Ordered lunch from Sam’s today. Delivery Driver calls and says to come outside the building to pick it up. He has an attitude when I said I paid a delivery fee. I’m pretty sure I heard him swear at me. Young guy wearing sunglasses. I swear the service at Sam’s has really taken a nose dive. Never ordering from Sam’s again. Same standard of service as Hawaiian BBQ ( Sam’s bought the place).

I like the chicken from the s&s dish better than Tundra, but I’m not a fan of bleached carrots. Hope they don’t start replacing the deep fried with chicken nuggets. Demand must be low, because both places didn’t serve pineapples; might go sour. They ‘got it’.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order for my girlfriend and was rushed off the phone. I couldn’t remember if I had ordered normal fries or curly fries so I called back to make sure I ordered the right thing. I was told “your from Vegas aren’t you” I said yes, he then says “mhmm that’s how people from Vegas are” he then hangs up on me. I was polite the entire time, the food here isn’t good enough to put up with that behavior.
