We did a to-go order as we passed through. Chicken was good, cheese curds pretty good, the slaw… not so much. Looked terrible, like it was leftover from yesterday with a glob of sauce to hide the nasty. This photo is how it was served, we didnt touch it. It went straight to the garbage. No idea what it tasted like. Yuck

My wife and I love Buffalo wild wings. We were out on our motorcycle and stopped at this location (Crawfordsville). We ordered the sampler platter and my wife got some fried pickles. Everything was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and delightful as expected. Highly recommend.

Our waiter, Josh, was great. The food took absolutely forever to come and when we got it, it was cold and obviously old. The fries and wings were stale. The appetizers we ordered were hot and fresh but the actual entrees were awful. My daughters food was cold, too. my friends daughters cheeseburger was dry and cold. We will choose another location next time. I didn’t eat it and wasted my money. Perhaps I should have said something while I was there and they could have made it right. That’s my mistake, but you shouldn’t serve that poor quality of food to begin with.

First time getting takeout. Had to wait 18 min past the time it said it would be ready. Got home and the fries were cold and stale. Chicken was old and sauce was just dumped on not even tossed or anything. I only live 7 min from the restaurant. I’ll never get food from this place again.

Had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings! The food was excellent—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was top-notch too. Our server was attentive and friendly the whole time.
The manager even stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well. He was incredibly helpful and super nice. Not hard on the eyes either. Definitely a solid experience all around—we’ll be back!

Ordered takeout from this location. Wait was an hour from order time, which was to be expected considering it was a Saturday evening.
I ordered a Buffalo wrap and side of fries.
When I got my food, the wrap wasn’t wrapped tightly and most of the contents ended up in the box.
The fries were soft and lukewarm, it seemed like they made the order of fries and stuck it in the warmer for awhile.
There was little to no lettuce on the wrap and had more sauces than chicken inside. It was also very cold, I know takeout isn’t going to be piping hot like we get in store but considering I only had a 3 minute drive home, I expected everything to still be pretty hot. The tortilla was also stale, as if the wrap sat in a warmer for too long or the tortillas were left exposed to the air in the kitchen too long.
I’m normally not one to complain but the quality of the food I received for the price I was charged was….. very disappointing.

I had dined in last night and I had asked to speak to Tom. I was informed he was no longer with the company. Tom always made our experience very pleasant and always went over and beyond for us! The staff even seemed very bummed out about him leaving. I can’t believe this store just let such a great manager walk. The staff and customers all loved him! I will not be bringing back my big parties for viewing events anymore.

Draya (not sure how to spell it) but she was our server. Our service was slow and just overall not satisfied. Although the blond hostess was so helpful in getting us refills on our drinks apps and even our boxes. All because our server was not. I get it I work in food and I’m Super lenient and understanding with stuff like this, but this was out of hand. She ran back and forth between the kitchen and the same 1 table instead of checking on other tables. Even when we had stuff pushed to the end of our table.
