The chicken was incredibly fresh, not greasy at all, and served piping hot — absolutely delicious.
The staff were very friendly as well. When I accidentally spilled some ice, they cleaned it up right away without any negative attitude.

I couldn’t finish my meal, and before I even asked for a to-go box, a staff member came over and kindly asked if I needed anything, then brought a box to the table. Such thoughtful service!

The food tastes best when eaten fresh, so I highly recommend dining in if you can.

Raising Cane’s certainly expanded quickly in the Bay Area. I had to go to the Aquatic Center and after 6 hours there we were starving so I was glad I found Raising Cane’s not far from the center.

The building is nice with ample parking. The food is typical Raising Cane’s with tender and juicy fried chicken breast strips (chicken fingers).

The food came quickly and service is good as usual. I like that this location has many higher counter height seating.

Not much more to say other than that this is a great place for quick bite especially if you have not had the chance to try the famous Raising Cane’s chicken fingers. Use the sauce if you haven’t tried yet.

Best chicken ever better than fill a next door. Nice and tender chicken with a choice of Cane’s sauce or money mustard. You can even get butter on both sides on the Texas toast yummy. I love raising Cane’s especially their late night closing 2am or 330am depending on the day of service.

I don’t normally write reviews but was left really unhappy. I ordered a the sandwich combo and was charged $14.18 (did get drink) when I asked for Texas toast instead of the regular bread that it normally comes on. When I opened the box, the bun was still on with one piece of Texas toast on the side and no French fries. Please please train your staff better.

⭐ 0/5 Stars (If I could give zero, I would.)

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. The food quality was very bad—everything was overly greasy, to the point where even the to-go boxes were soaked in grease. On top of that, the service was just as poor. Cars behind us in the drive-thru received their orders before we did, even though we ordered first. The staff in the drive-thru didn’t provide good customer service, and the person taking our order was noticeably unprofessional and unhelpful.

Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what they would get.

Personally …. This is the location that made me like the chain again. Location in Vegas was insanely dry and flavorless, location in San Jose is the exact same with at least better Texas toast. Maybe I just like my chicken greasy and my toast buttery as can be, but I will be a regular at this location and this location only. Hope the food continues to be on par with what I’ve gotten so far.

$66 for the 25 chicken combo with two sides of French fries. Chicken was tender and moist, but the crust was falling off and covering half of the piece. The fries were soft. Overall nothing exceptional. Chick- fil-A has better chicken and fries

Normal monday at the office having a meeting, when the boss offers lunch and asks for a delivery person. Without hesitation and between the two options he gave “pizza and raising cane’s” you know my pick hence this review. Well all smooth, order, pay, and when receiving the order i noticed the hawaiian looking hats and i complimented the person that handed our order, and this is where credit deserves its dues. Says you know what wait follow me, did such and next thing i know he has me follow him to his car and gets a beanie out of it and hands it to me. I was so happy!!!! Thank you from the bottom of a humble heart that really only complimented and chose to be kind, even when being asked to go get lunch when you really deep down dont want to but are willing to. Be kind itll be rewarded somehow someway!

Visit a place with my family of 4. The service is great and very friendly. Food is delicious – meat is very fresh, even my 3-year-old girl, who is usually very picky, eats here.

It was crowded – but still possible to find a table. Staff is very responsive

One tiny improvement suggestion: the music was a bit too loud

Raising Cane’s is one of the newest fast food chains to open in Morgan Hill. The way they prepare the chicken makes it super moist and pairing it with their Canes’s sauce is a mouth watering treat. They’re open late a 7 days a week.
