I went through the drive thru. Ordered a dinner box which is supposed to be $10 and was told it was $19, then told it was $10, then at the window told it was $19! Then I ordered 2 Bacon McDoubles with only the bacon and cheese, and they repeated it back to me correctly, JUST TO GIVE ME KETCHUP, MUSTARD, ONIONS AND PICKLES ON MY SANDWICHES‼️ I feel so played and will not be returning except maybe for drinks and I’m praying they can manage to get THAT right!

This place absolutely sucks. Morning crew is ok but evening crew literally is bottom of the barrel. My food is Luke warm if that. Soggy fries as usual. Asked for a receipt never got it. Dude in drive thru was high as hell taking my order on headset while he was next to dumpster. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Oh as I was waiting on my food for 15 min the crew was out taking a smoke break as well. Yall literally suck at an easy job.

Went for an interview, the doors were locked. Waited 40 minutes in the parking lot. Had to call another location because they don’t answer their phone. This is the kind of service you don’t want to give to your people.

Tonight I ordered via the mcdelivery thing. Usually I have no problem with my order but tonight the fries were old, cold and soggy, my quarter pounder was fine but my double quarter Pounder had 1 of the patties burned to the point it was inedible. Sad thing is I’m a regular I just have the back luck of my truck being broken down right now

The lobby is closed so I ordered curbside. Took about 15 minutes and my food was cold and my drink was watered down. No one would come to the door or answer the phone and the drive through is wrapped. Terrible service. Terrible food quality. I want a refund.

We NEVER get what we order. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich had no bacon. Maybe if the drive thru worker wasn’t dancing like he was in Magic Mike people would get what they order. I’m just done with it. BURGER King is right across the street.

I have to struggle to give this place 2 stars. The morning crew is in fact pretty good, but as the day progresses things tend to get disorganized and lazy. Forget going there after hours; they just don’t seem to care. The restaurant is clean overall though and they are generally amiable. Maybe they could benefit from better management a bit, but I suspect most of it is just the type of people they have hired. It is Beaufort, and to think they want $15 an hour.
