Tried new brisket sandwich. Disappointed. Good , but looked nothing like the picture. Said the brisket was under the cheese, you could not see it at all. I had to ask if it was on the sandwich? It was.. good. But tiny pieces of the fried onions-Not like the picture. I, also tried the cotton candy cold foam drink. It was delicious!

Service is extremely low. Incredible lack of communication while you’re waiting to pick up an order. They weren’t even busy which makes it even worse. It’s the same food you can buy at any other fast food place. I don’t think I’ll come here again.

The staff at this location are unprofessional. The staff were overheard using profanity on the drive thru speaker that was directed at the customer. They were so rude when we ordered’(and after we heard them cuss at us) we drove away. It was all because they had a hard time hearing over the drive thru speaker; nothing within our control. 0/5 stars.

This was by far the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten. Ordered the new whopper melt. Advertised as toasted bun, caramelized onions, melted cheese on quarter lb patties. I got $1 cheeseburger size patties, bun not toasted, cold onions that looked like they’d been soaking in water. Not 1 piece of this sandwich was even lukewarm. I do realize I stopped at a franchise burger joint but come on people we’re all struggling enough in this current economy without getting sick & wasting $5.34 on a sandwich. When I first ordered it was for a chicken sandwich but was told chicken no longer available tonight so I thought ok I’ll try the new whopper melt. Won’t do that again. Next time I’ll just do a PB&J at home. Do better BK!

Employees openly making sexual jokes behind the counter while I was inside walking to the bathroom. Urinal does not flush. Stains on bathroom wall as well as inside urinal. Bathroom floor was sticky and looked like it needed to be mopped weeks ago.

Stopped here tonight; went through the drive through and the cashier, a very tall young man was extremely rude and was arguing with me that I had ordered something I didn’t. Got a manager to void it but continued to look annoyed and acted as if he did not want to be there: really need to work on costumer service.

Stopped here today because we haven’t been to a BK in a while. From receipt to getting our order it was 20 min. The worst part was my husband asked for 3 plain Whoppers, our daughter is special needs and won’t even eat a burger if it isn’t plain. Needless to say as we were heading home I noticed the receipt didn’t say plain and sure enough, they weren’t. My husband was very upset. He said the manager seemed more concerned with the drive thru then the lobby. She also yelled that they weren’t going to take anymore orders until they get caught up. Rude. We won’t be returning. We went to your competitor down the street and they got her order right and in 5 minutes. Great location but yall need to do better

Fresh fries and a properly made burger. You can’t ask anything more from a fast food restaurant. Just ended up going here again and was blown away by the customer service. The big black guy who had “team lead” on his shirt needs a raise!

Okay, it’s Burger King, we’ve all had our mixed experiences. I think one of the things people like about fast food is that there are few surprises. Our meal at Burger King in Ogden, NC, was hands down one of the best BK lounger experiences of any I can remember. Service was excellent, the food was properly prepared, and although there were 5 of us, the order was completely correct. My hats off to you, Ogden BK, thank you!

I had an exceptional experience at Burger King! The food was absolutely delicious, deserving a solid 5-star rating. The service was top-notch as well, with the employees being fast, efficient, and attentive. They made sure my order was completely accurate, despite having three separate orders. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic, creating a pleasant dining environment. I highly recommend Burger King for its outstanding food, excellent service, and overall great experience.
