This is about the nicest Starbucks ever! I’m old and travel a lot so I have been to A LOT of Starbucks. Early Saturday morning (7/26) and every one behind the counter was happy and friendly. Comfortable seating… we opted to sit on patio and they brought our food out to us on plates and coffee in mugs! What a treat!!

I come here every now and then after getting off from a long shift as a CNA and some coworkers are extremely friendly, however some coworkers that work here are incredibly disrespectful. I was in the drive thru and met them at the counter I told him that I didn’t appreciate the service that was given to me, hesitating when he hears my name since I come here often and talking me down. He rudely gave me an attitude and sounded like he wanted to start an argument with me. I said “can I just get my drink, please?” If you hate woman that bad just say that and learn how to put a smile on your face when y’all are having a bad day each day!
Ps if you hate your job that much, then it’s time to quit! Just because you see someone you don’t like in the drive thru does not mean you harass and provoke them! Please stay respectful at all times when dealing with costumers that’s just there to get their drinks. Thanks!
Please hire new employees in the afternoon shift, thanks!!

Starbucks is one of the few places open during the snowstorm. I had no idea what I wanted so I let the barista order me food two pup cups and a large coffee of his choice. Everything was great. Dogs were happy as well.

I usually go to the fort dodge starbucks and it is awsome with the normal crew. I went on Sunday at 941 am and wow what a difference. Coffee was terrible and service just as bad.. if I ever see this crew again I will turn around and leave. Coffee was horrible. I hope this is addressed. Your normal crew is really great. But this crew didn’t get my order right and the Coffee was just bad. Thank you for your time.

Some of the nicest drink/food workers I’ve seen. If I have a customized drink they’ll put a dome lid on top instead of the basic if I ask for it. Love the supportive messages with every drink. Love this place
