So I went for breakfast. I had to wait it was really early and I did not mind. All I thought was then my food would be good and hot so I was excited. When I get home not even 3 min later; I was disappointed. Everything but the chicken they had to cook was cold. Then to top it off they did not give me the correct sandwich. I ordered the chicken corrisant that should have had bacon and all even paid for it yet I get just a plain chicken biscuit. Like I said I can deal with the wait but the rest is really disappointing.

We stopped at the Wendy’s inside the Pilot in Haw River, North Carolina. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The soda machine was out of Coke, the store itself wasn’t very clean, and although we only waited about five minutes (which isn’t long at all), the food still came out cold. This was our first time trying Wendy’s for breakfast, and sadly, it will probably be our last. ( The photos aren’t the best because I took them in my car).

Came in late night early morning(1ish am) Casey was absolutely wonderfu! The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh! I didnt get the other lady’s name but both of them were working hard! Keep up the good work ladies! I will definitely be coming back!

Wasn’t busy, fries were really good here but the chicken not so much. It took me nearly 15 minutes to receive a BLT biggie bag, which would have been ok if everything tasted great. Maybe not good for a pit stop but absolutely worth a visit. Also nice holiday decor in the lobby

DONT EAT HERE!! I wish I could give this place negative stars. I had an awful experience at Wendy’s. The management is horrible and clearly sets the tone for the entire staff. The service workers all had terrible attitudes and acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of their job. In the drive-through, an employee was rude and dismissive, which turned into an argument because of how disrespectful they were. I ended up canceling my entire order and leaving. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Casey was great at the front but when it came to getting my food I was more than disappointed. This by far is my worst Wendy’s experience. I asked for a number 8 Asiago chicken sandwich large combo with no lettuce no tomato and add onion. None of that happened it was made as it comes. On top of that my large fry container had about 15 fries and half of them were burnt I did even bother to eat those and the sandwich I took one bite of and was disgusted. I have tried calling several times today to try and get a refund but no one answers the phone there.
The reason I did not catch these problems there is I’m a truck driver and usually have to grab and go.

They sent me to wait in a parking space for my sandwich and they never brought it out. I walked inside to ask about it and they had it sitting there on the back of their counter. The girl hands it to me without saying a word – even when I said Thank You, she said nothing – there was zero acknowledgement of the fact that I had been sitting outside for 10+ minutes.

I used the drive through during lunch time. It was a Wendy’s attached to a truck stop. I had a spicy chicken and a double stack. I was asked to park because they were waiting on the burgers to cook. That’s the 4 star. I appreciate the fresh burger, but during lunchtime I was surprised at being asked to park for ten minutes to wait on burger. Probably a little more understanding if it was the chicken. Food was delicious, but had to eat quickly while driving back to work.
